Awful experience thus far
Awful experience thus far. Ordered a patio set from them for almost $2,000 that shows as being in stock online, with 10 more available no less. When I emailed about the status of my order, they (Steve) emailed back right away stating my order would be shipped in 24-48 hours. The next day I get an email that makes NO sense, stating they MIGHT NOT have what I ordered and to please let them know what I want to do. Huh? Horrible communication, which was made worse by initially thinking it was great communication, and getting my hopes up that I would get my table and chairs soon (I ordered and received an umbrella and base from elsewhere based on thinking I had a table and chairs on the way). It said if I ordered within 24 hours, I would have my table and chairs by May 18. It's May 14, and they haven't shipped yet, and it's looking like they might not. And yet, they are STILL showing online that they have these available. They are taking people's money for stuff they don't have:( Very disheartening and infuriating, especially right now. I just hope I get my money back pronto w/o having to raise to much of a fuss if they don't ship what I ordered. Will update this if I get my stuff and/or a prompt refund.

The issue was due to communication with the manufacturer, our system is tied to their warehouses and updates quantities automatically. After discovering the issue we sent the 'MIGHT NOT' email to all of our customers to update them on the stats of the issue. The delivery estimate date was true for grills only and not Hanover products, we already updated our website to note this info on all Hanover Product pages, I hope that helps clarify the situation.

Misleading business
Misleading business. Website showed item was in stock, and even said "order now" to receive within a week. After not receiving the item a week later I checked the status with customer service and was told the coronavirus issues were causing shipping delays. Eventually found out they never even had the product in inventory. Should have ordered from a well known business to begin with. Lesson learned. And last time I checked their website it still showed misleading information.
