I have come on this platform to let you know Mr Naveed Ahmed Bhatti and his team is running a unprofessional business,

They sent me damaged goods and a unprofessional fitter, a household member was injured,

I have all the evidence needed to prove the above, please don’t waste your time and money hear,

Would highly recommend you take your money somewhere else.

Mr Bhatti and his team think it’s appropriate too laugh at a unhappy customer and tell them do what you can do.

As they’ve already been paid and don’t care about there customers

SCAM COMPANY. They are not even a company, they are only the girl who answers the phone to charge you (then disappears forever) and the delivery man. I made my order via Facebook, (the girl's name is Anna), and she told me that for the price she was going to pay for the wardrobe, they would leave it assembled and installed with the lights. At 10 o'clock the night before, he calls me the delivery boy and says that he only brings it, that someone else from the company will come to put it. Thank goodness I saw the reviews and I guessed that no one else was coming to assemble the closet, and that it was probably broken, or missing parts. They do not return the money. Be very careful !!!

Worst company on the market they are advertising there items on Facebook market with a whats app group that are unhelpful messaged them as missing all the fittings no response then block my number so now have a wardope with no fittings

Had absolutely no problem with this company or the product...in fact the wardrobes that I purchased are excellent quality and look good. Nice easy transaction and kept well informed right through to delivery. Very pleased.

BUYER BEWARE AVOID this company.

communication is horrible, if you have problems or missing bits from your order they just ignore you. ordered wardrobe from them and it had sliding door rails missing, contacted them about it and to try and solve it but was ignored, no answer, no reply. if you pay cash suggest you to ask for receipt. horrible company and will never buy again nor recommend to anyone.

Damaged and missing parts. Poor and very slow customer service. Still waiting for them to rectify problems that I had with my purchase.

Honestly so rude and unprofessional I complained about my wardrobe being to big for my moms bedroom and they hung the phone down on me was very rude and also I am entitled to my 30 days warranty and money back the service was awful the wardrobe is lonely don’t get me wrong but they are easy to take the money but when there is a problem there is no one to help the situation

Absolutely awful company!! Ordered two wardrobes only got one delivered. I had to call them over and over again to find out what was going on they never answer the phone! The customer Service team was so rude even put the phone down on me. The lack of communication is a joke you pay for a product you don't receive it and you have to chase them.
The delivery drivers kicked up such a fuss about having to carry into the house as it was so heavy and told me not to waste their time.
I will NEVER be using this company again.
They say they have good reviews but they are all fake!!!

Before you conclude to deal with these people,kindly go through all the reviews.some good reviews are majorly fake so deal with them and suffer consequences.These workers brought wardrobe and lied that another person is coming to fix the next day.since then,they never picked calls or replied our messages.

Do not use. Fine when no issues then silence when I had a problem. They delivered the wrong item to me. I told them straight away, then I heard nothing, I emailed, phoned and went on live chat every day just to be ignored. Eventually got through to someone with total attitude, how dare I ask for the item I’ve orders, then to be told I’ll have to wait another week for a delivery. Customer service is none existent, the wardrobe they correctly delivered is ok but had bits missing.

Wardrobe was easy for assembly, I scan QR code and it's going to assembly film.
Very good quality for great price. My wardrobe it is exactly what I was looking for. Thank You for your great service!

a bit wobbly but that is expected as its a canvas wardrobe,
poles are really thick, reasonably sturdy, holds a lot, I own a lot of clothes and I fit about 40 dresses and 20 shirts in the hanging space and it is holding very well, the rail is not attached but with enough clothes on it, it stays where it should.
the shelves are great too, nice a big and holds a lot.
I wouldn’t put anything heavy on the top as there is no support for the canvas unless it is long enough to sit on the poles only.
canvas is very thin, but as long as your careful when putting it on it is fine.

Should have read all the warning signs. Confirmed order, took payment, then all went quiet with no response. Have cancelled order and awaiting response…. Section52 probably on its way!
