Good quality but the manual instruction are not clear . There are more plastic part left and there are not any explanation for that

This company is not trust worthy and the quality of the products is so poor. Missing screws, not levelled shelves.

I ordered two wardrobes and had an email confirmation then no communication whatsoever, tried to call them and chat online numerous times. Then I went online and searched this company’s review, just as I email them asking for a refund, a Person called me saying the delivery was the next day.

Upon receiving the delivery they sent the driver to the wrong address and I had to sent Email confirming my delivery address in order for them to instruct driver to delivery to the correct place. Can’t they just check the order and see themselves?

Assemble took two men 5 hours because the instruction is so poorly written, parts are missing such as screws and, holes for pins are not alligned and they have to drill them on. And they sent me the wrong type of wardrobe I ordered….

scam! scam! scam! scam! scam! be aware. This company is a scammer.

I don't like the service because if u live in flat house the charge more which in not good I don't like service

For the positives: Delivery information was good (even though we were not assisted to take them upstairs) and wardrobe appears sturdy.

For the negatives: The wardrobe arrangement was complete shambles as it neither came with manual instruction nor was it numbered- of what purpose would that be to great customer service?

Other than that, it was great value for money.

This company sell products not as described and not as depicted on their website.
The customer service is disgusting, the staff on the phone are rude and will slam the phone on you when you prove they are miss-selling their products.
When you inform them that you will inform Trading Standards, they merely invite you to do so as they have no shame and are basically crooks.
They misuse Trust Pilot and no doubt will remove or hide this review.
This company needs to be reported and those behind the company prosecuted for their behaviour.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Wardrobe arrived crack down one side. Don't answer phone or emails. Waste of time.

Very good delivery service, quick, and although horrible weather, was only a couple of hours late and they'd come all the way to South Yorkshire from London. Delivery guys very helpful. Wardrobe took longer to put up but am very impressed with the quality and size of it, especially the height, and it looks beautiful in our bedroom. Would definitely purchase from them again.

The customer service are very rude they don’t speak proper English and they are scammers avoid I bought a grey cheaters field set for 1,499 and it said there is 100 of it in stock they called me on Tuesday and said to me that my sofa is getting delivered on thursDay I said ok thanks and after they delayed it so I called back the company on Friday to check and they started to not answering my phone calls so I asked them to cancel it but there was no response from them at all so I told my PayPal to get involved and get me the refund and thanks to PayPal the resolved my issue great service so after when PayPal got involved they told me that they don’t have the sofa in stock please avoid

Customer Service is extremely rude! Wardrobe has broken within two months of use and they are refusing to help. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Absolutely horrible! Bought a wardrobe which came a week late and got no updates in terms of the delivery. The sales associate stopped replying. Within a week of using the wardrobe, the drawers broke off and been trying to get in touch ever since and haven't received any help or replies. Would NOT recommend

We are so pleased with our purchase. The wardrobe was delivered only 3 days after ordering. Communication with the seller was great regarding delivery. We ordered the large wardrobe which took a couple of evenings to put together but once complete looks fabulous.

Trying to get information about delivery is a lot harder, I am still waiting to here back from yourselves

Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with. Couldn’t be more helpful when I wanted to place an order. Once they took my money it was a totally different matter, they ghosted me and when I did eventually get hold of anyone they passed me from pillar to post.

When the wardrobe was finally delivered I was told to send photos of the boxes and there would be a handyman coming within an hour to build. Fast forward, the handyman never came it took 3 hours the next day to get hold of anyone and now they are telling me it’s £200 to build it when i was quoted £60.

I’m still waiting for my order to be completed and I am currently out of pocket.

I have reported them to trading standards and to watchdog but no use to me when I’m
£410 out of pocket.

I have asked for a full refund which I’m fully
Entitled to and again I’m being ghosted and can’t get hold of anyone.

Final point they wouldn’t answer the number they had for me so I called on a different number and they answered straight away obviously thinking it was new business.

Avoid at all costs.

Excellent product and service delivered before expected date although this was very late at night but travelled from London to deliver and kept us up to date via text and email would use again

Very Bad customer service and support. Not even one person is genuine in this company!! Took extra money from me and did not refund my money back...

Most of the positive reviews are from the people related to the company mnfurnitures itself. Also if you see the location most of them are from non-UK.

I have posted messages on their Facebook page asking to resolve my issues and refund my money back but instead, they have blocked me on Facebook.

utterly disgusting customer service bought a wardrobe via onbuy for nearly £400 and the mirror has come unstuck and smashed everywhere and they say I have to buy replacement as its past 3 months I expected a wardrobe to last more than 8months. total shambles of a company avoid them

Excellent product. Wardrobe looks great now assembled. Mirrors glide easily. Good storage space. Very pleased. Excellent value. Would recommend. Arrived quickly.
