I’ve been with them for over a year and trust them with all my bead business supplies! While extremely rare minor issues are handled with care and efficiency and only lead me to have even more respect for how they handle their business and value their customers. They package everything by so well and securely- that I never have to worry about anything! I’ve completed over 40 purchases with them and will continue to do so! Thanks Bob and Lily! 🥰
