We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we must clarify that the underfloor heating setup was clearly noted in our report, carried out on 29th October 2024—nearly a year ago.
As quoted:
“The underfloor heating is in the living room only. This UFH is connected to the radiator, meaning it doesn't have any separate controller. But it is working, the heating-up time is 40 minutes at least.”
This clearly indicated a non-standard configuration, which any qualified heating engineer should have identified prior to draining the system. The survey was non-invasive, as specifically agreed and requested, and the heating system was fully operational at the time.
You contacted us 9 months later, only after hiring another contractor who drained the system without checking the setup ( they charged you £260) we had already flagged—including the absence of a manifold and the direct UFH-to-radiator connection.
Last year, you also requested a quote from us to replace a few radiators, which we provided, but we never received a reply. You chose to proceed with another company, and unfortunately, that decision has now led to issues.

We offered a £100 goodwill gesture to maintain a positive relationship—not due to any fault on our part. You declined and instead demanded £300 to cover the third party cost. Once that was not agreed to, you submitted this negative review.
We also offered a follow-up visit and asked for evidence or a report from the third party, but no proof of their qualifications or work has ever been provided.
