I had some problems over the weekend, and they resolved them very quickly. In less than an hour, the service was up and running again. They were very helpful and very, very good.

They have one of the best networks, and the quality of support is truly excellent. It's really hard to find even a small flaw with them. I highly recommend them. I have two dedicated servers from them. They're absolutely amazing.

Was initially planning to leave a review way later after some months or a year, but this email reminder keeps coming, so i'm doing it now—after about 2 weeks of experience with a 5T/500G/2G Dutch MLNL server.
I purchased this server almost exclusively to host a VPS (to hook it up with Outline VPN solutions) for my mom. Maybe it's a TMI, but I want people to know I'm not putting it through a ton of bandwidth load/compute at the moment.
Nevertheless, it's been working like a charm so far. No downtime, no hiccups, easy set up, fast payment processing, a web dashboard with controls and stats, an option to install/reinstall OS and web control panels with a handful of popular options for both.
I am not a tech expert. This is my first server purchase and setup in life. Maybe this is exactly the indicator that the ease of use of MLNL services is pretty remarkable, for I have not experienced any difficulties whatsoever. Some of the initial ice-breaking procedures I had to do to get the whole VPS thing running I just asked Claude Sonnet, and it resulted in just a few commands in the terminal regarding first boot, updates, security upgrades and vpn install. All super easy.
TL;DR:
MLNL never disappointed or brought any discomfort with the choice of hardware/software/settings they offered. All smooth. All reliable.
Can only recommend.

I worked with MLNL data center on a very large order, and from the beginning, I was focused on the delivery time. That’s why I got direct contact with Jay, who was amazing. I constantly received new promotional offers, but Jay wasn’t just about selling, he also helped me optimize the servers to make sure everything made sense. He was available at any time of the day and always had a solution for me. I highly recommend them to anyone who expects fast responses, quick reactions, and practical solutions!

I wanted a vps for a website hosting, after looking at my options on the website, the specifications and pricing were inviting, so I did purchase a plan. As I had my domain registered with another registrar, I wanted to point it to the hosting server, but couldnt find the NS records anywhere on their website, so contacted their customer service to know name servers and DNS, and was surprised first by the slow response, and then the answer, which was that this is unmanaged service and they dont offer DNS and no advisory on anything except to pay a little more so I could get a plan with a private IP address so I could divert to! At first I thought why not to get through with this situation, but after another 14 hours to reply from their customer service, I did not think I could take more of that, and asked for refund, which they did and that was the only thing good that happened with my experience.

However, you opted for a NAT VPS, which is designed for different, more specific use cases. These servers typically don't come with nameservers, which is why that information wasn't provided. While NAT VPS instances aren't commonly used for hosting websites, our support team did suggest a plan with a dedicated IP that could have been more suitable for your needs.
We understand you were disappointed with what felt like delayed responses, leading you to ultimately cancel. From our records, you submitted your ticket late Saturday night, and our team responded by Sunday morning, with a follow-up reply sent within five minutes of your response. While we do our best to address every inquiry swiftly, we acknowledge the situation still didn’t meet your expectations, and we're sorry for that.
It's also worth mentioning that our services are unmanaged by default, which means they’re tailored for users who are more comfortable with server management. We understand this wasn’t the best fit for you, but we’re glad to hear that your refund request was handled smoothly.
