I like it
I like it, because my skin is on the drier side with a little topical dermatitis I only use it a couple times a week with a moisturizer/spf over it. Seems to be working well for me!

I placed an order on 4/26/21
I placed an order on 4/26/21, i received half my order 4 days after. I sent an email explaining that my order was short an item. They replied telling me that it would be replaced, this was 2 weeks ago. Last week I sent and left a message to give me a refund and I have not heard neck from them. I’m not happy because I didn’t receive my item or my refund.

The serum was shipped quickly
The serum was shipped quickly. I like how it feels— light and not oily. My one complaint is that there are no instructions on how much to use—“ in the morning” is as specific as it gets. The bottle comes with a dropper, but do I fill it up or just use a few drops?

We are glad that you received your Vitamin C serum very quickly. Rub 2 to 3 drops of serum onto your face. Use the dropper in the bottle of serum to squeeze 2 to 3 drops of vitamin C serum into an open palm. Then, rub the fingers of your other hand into the oil and dab some of it onto your cheeks and forehead. Massage the oil evenly across the rest of your face.

Your product appears to be very good; however my skin is very sensitive and I began to break out especially on my forehead and my cheeks.
