MLB Shop is the absolute WORST online shop for many years running now. No commitment to ship seasonal gear, i.e. WS gear on sale right after ALCS over and you make some purchases? You’ll be lucky to see that gear before the WS ends and that’s if you pay $30 to overnight it with FedEx which they screw that up a lot of times too.

It’s just nightmarish dealing with their customer service which is FULLY useless,

Terrible terrible TERRIBLE experience

Do not purchase anything from this people. They are a total scam . Cheap fade shirts I could it got better at Walmart. I order 1XL and was send a XL I ask and because it saids the name of baseball player I'm not able to return this crap worthless ugly old looking shirt all faddening discolor and charge $40.00+ for this I can even wear

I received a damage baseball display case. Dealing with Tyler made it easy. All I had to do was take a picture of case and email it to him. I did not have to return the product. This was yesterday.
Today I received an email, giving me the tracking #. I could not believe it happened so fast.

I had a 2021 baseball card set that needed to be replaced. I called and worked with Tyler to rectify my issue. Tyler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me through this process. He kept me informed at every step in the process and was very helpful in guiding me through the the return and replacement process. I appreciated the fact that I could directly speak with him up front and work with him after the initial contact to help me with my issue. Thank you very much Tyler

Avoid buying from MLBshop.com their refund policy is the worst i have seen they take your money right away but if you have to return something be prepared to wait and wait and wait what a scam

My card information was stolen and used to make purchase on this site. When I called to report that someone was stealing from me, they refused to , one cancel the order and second to validate that the information, that should match the card was used. They are directly allowing this person to steal from me!!!! I even offered to email a picture of my card, so that they could see that the information from the order DID NOT MATCH the information as the card holder, myself. This is completely unethical and directly tells me that all they're concerned with is money and not was is right or to do what is right. This person will be prosecuted and MLB just as well should be help accountable. There are many other websites that you can order that same items that are on this website, DO NOT just out of moral standards.

Ich habe minderwertige Wäre erhalten. Niemals Original Nike Shirts. Zudem laut Preisschilder an Ware günstiger als das was ich gezahlt habe. Das ist schon einmal eine Frechheit. Nun versuche ich wiederholt die Artikel zurückschicken, aber anhand der Auftragsnummer kann angeblich keine Bestellung in deren System gefunden werden, also kann ich keinen Rücklieferungsschein ausdrucken. Das ist pure Abzocke!

Scam website. Charged me double through PayPal AND my credit card and never sent me my item. Scam, fraud, fake.

Absolutely avoid at all cost this company is by far the worst ive had to deal with they take your money and leave you hanging for months says items in stock then 30days later its not got to wait till end of next month doesn't even deserve half a star

Returned an item 2 days after receiving it, followed all the instructions to do this process and never got a refund update as promised and never received my refund. The refund amount that they offer is also annoying because it takes money off the initial amount you spent. Anyways, I never even got any refund it has been over a month (its supposed to take "7-10" business days") and I cannot get ahold of any worker to check on this because they only have a "chat" option available, and the chat says it is unable to help me with refund tracking. There is no phone number to call a real person.

Waited for more than a month for my order from MLB international only to find out that the order had been returned because the delivery company had been given the shops noreply email for advisement.
Now their so called customer service is impossible to get in contact with to fix their mistake.

I called due to my package missing and Tyler was a great help. He put in a claim in for me and has been helping me every step of the way.

I made an order on the 16th and it has been stuck in salt lake city for two weeks. My original delivery date was the 26th; which was still outside the 3 to 5 day period I paid for but I was okay along as I got my order.it was supposed to be a gift for a birthday but now I need to go and find a new gift as my delivery date got pushed back to the 28th and now the 30th.
The company offered me a 10% discount on my next order to compensate for the troubles and I was told to keep waiting or call back some other time for a refund.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.
On their website it said 10% of first order so I went ahead and brought 2 Mets jerseys, it said 10% would be deducted automatically at checkout, got to checkout paid for 2 jerseys, with no 10% discount.
So got intouch with them and they messed me around something terrible, asked for order number and for me to send them a picture of their own website with the 10% discount on first order, to which I did all that, still waiting for a refund of discount, so going to get intouch with the omnibus man and trading standers, they can’t get away with treating people like this, Affode at all costs

Do NOT order from them! The second I completed my order, I began receiving dozens of spam emails from various other sports-related websites. Not only does hitting "unsubscribe" at the bottom of their emails NOT work, you also have to file a "do not sell my information" request. And even after doing both of those things, I'm still getting emails specifically from MLBShop. Total scam.

Don't buy from this store. My hat was creased, dirty, and had a snagged loose thread hanging off it. They also charged me directly for shipping to return, so I had to pay a premium.

Don't shop here. I wish I read the reviews!

I don’t understand how the ONLY place to buy Baseball jerseys is behaving so badly.

I'm from the U.K. and purchased matching NY Yankee jerseys for my son and I. Delivery said it would be 3-5 days, which seemed normal, and I didn't hesitate to order.

I got the usual email confirmations, and the next day I received a dispatched email with a tracking number, so I was very happy at the time. Then nothing changed for over a week (package status still said dispatched). I've ordered products from America before and delays are usually to do with customs, so I decided to wait another week. At the end of the second week, I decided to call CS and waited for over 30 mins with no answer, so I sent an email enquiring about my order. 4 days passed with no reply.

I concluded the company was a scam and raised a chargeback with my bank to resolve the issue. 'Coincidently' I got a response to my email shortly after and MLB saying, 'we're looking into the issue' and they would give me a next day, they did not. A few days after they said the item had been lost and as the bank had taken the money back, I would need to reorder. STUPIDLY I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to reorder, and they took the payment 3 TIMES!

I had to wait 5 days for the money to be returned to me.

Disgusting behaviour.
