Buyer beware!!! I needed to return an item that was too small . It was in pristine condition with tags still attached . They charge $9.99 to print a label with my printer & my ink. What a rip off.!! I would never recommend this company, nor would I ever shop this co again !!

Seriously? I have to pay $10 to use your return label? A label that I have to print with my own ink on my own printer? For a multi-billion dollar corporation that doesn't even let fans watch their local teams without paying for a service, that's nothing but pure, money-grubbing greed. All the while they're trying to figure out how to bring more fans to what used to be known as "America's sport" as less and less people are watching baseball every year. It's not hard to figure out MLB. Don't nickel and dime us. Just let us be fans of the game.

Matthew (Fan Advocate at sportsmemorabilia.com) was amazing! I had ordered 2 items from Fanatics. Unfortunately 1 was wrong. Once I called Fanatics and was connected to Matthew, it was smooth. He asked me questions, got the correct proof from me, and quickly sent me the correct item via 2-day mail. He was great!

I returned a gift and received an electronic gift card. I then purchased several items with the card. One of those items did not fit, requiring me to return another package, wait for a new electronic gift card, then reorder the correct size. Of course since I'm ordering less this second time around, I had to pay extra for shipping. They sent the wrong color. I called customer service and was told I would need to repeat the entire process again, return item, wait for gift card, and reorder (likely paying shipping again). If I just wanted the money back, then I would have to wait for the gift card, call some special department, and get money put back on both my husband's card and my own (since I had shelled out extra). They made a mistake and put the onus on me to fix it. Fanatics owned businesses are terrible in general, but this was an extra level of terrible
Major systematic failures
For the third year in a row, I ordered something which was either not delivered or had some bizarre issue. This time, several weeks after I placed an order, I received a notification that my return was processed. I don't know how that was possible when I never received it, and furthermore they didn't refund the full price. When I later called customer service they claimed it was still being shipped, giving me a shipping number an an estimated delivery date of ... a week ago. When I pressed them on this, they changed and said they had processed my return and no item was shipped (even with an active shipping order). I told them I never received it and never returned it. They couldn't explain other than had a record of "customer changed mind" - again, something I personally never communicated in any way at any time.
This raises serious concerns about the security and efficiency of system. Eventually they refunded the full amount
Upset Customer
I placed an order for a customized Mets clock on November 30th, and I never received any indication when placing the order that it would not be ready in time for Christmas. Today when I went in to check the status of my order its says estimated arrival 26 December. The shipping option was 3-7 days not 26 days. The customer service said it was no way to expeditite delivery. So, now I have no Christmas gift for my boyfriend. They should have let me know there was no way I would receive this gift by Christmas when I placed the order. I am very upset and will never order from the MLB store again.

Don’t buy
Don’t buy. Had to to return hat as it was too small. Paid about $43. Since they charge you shipping, you’ll only get about half your money back. Should not cost $17 to return something. Only refunded about $23. You’re better off selling an item you don’t want online. You won’t get return customers with this business practice.

I ordered a 2019 Cleveland All-Star MLB Baseball and it didn’t come with the case so I reached out to MLB and Matthew did an amazing job in getting the baseball case to me in a very short period of time. Matthew went above and beyond to make my experience super awesome!!

Keeps canceling orders
I’ve ordered twice, and it keeps automatically canceling the orders. I also called the phone number provided on the cancellation emails and it rings once and goes silent.
WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER
I am shocked that a company that does this much business is this bad. I ordered the METS tabletop air hockey game for my nephew’s 7th birthday at the end of August. I got an email saying shipping is delayed so I was bummed it wouldn’t get there in time (birthday was 8/24), but OK. SEVEN WEEKS later and NO updates I searched their site for a customer service number. (Good luck with that. ) When I finally got someone, obviously in India, after suffering through a horrible automated system, they told me the game was shipped 12 days ago and has been sitting for 9 days at a PHARMACY in Ho Ho Kus NJ for pick up. !!!! WHAT?!!!
Who does that?!! Now the recipient has to go there to pick it up. Why wasn’t it delivered?! (They blamed UPS.) Why didn’t you tell me?! Had I not called them, I guess it would never have been received. Customer service issued a “30% off your next order” coupon. That’s outrageous. Do they really think I would EVER order from them again? Stay away!!!!!!
Sports Memorabilia Customer Service
The customer service that deals with the special sports memorabilia did a great job, sending me a new package after the post office stole mine (or, as the post office said, "disposed of it"). They expedited the processing and shipping and sent a replacement in time for my wife's birthday.

Their customer service is terrible! She wouldn't listen and kept interrupting me. Ordered 3 things, all shipped seperately with one being shipped to CVS for pick-up (?). 7-10 days for a refund for that item. We'll see what happens. Also ordered an X-large women's jersey and it must be child sizes because it WAS NOT a woman's size at all. I will NEVER be ordering anything from this company again!
Our baseball display case arrived…
Our baseball display case arrived damaged. Fortunately for me I was put in touch with MICHAEL. he explained how to describe the problem and send pictures. After I did this he told me not to send back the damaged case and a new one was coming.
Came today.
Michael did an excellent job that was way beyond my expectations. Thanks to him we remain very satisfied customers.

They will charge you to return something
One shirt I ordered was great. Another shirt I ordered was so tight in the neck, I couldn’t get it over my kid’s head. The kicker is they are charging me shipping and tax to send the shirt back. In the end, I’ll only get about half my money back. Terrible way to do business.
