Minderwertige Ware.Kommt mir so vor,als wenn sie die B-Ware, die zu schlecht für die USA ist, an die Europäer verkaufen.
Und wenn man aufgrund der schlechten Qualität retournieren möchte, zahlt man 13,50 Euro minimum dafür.
Ich war/bin wirklich schockiert.
Solch immens hohe Retourkosten sind eine absolute Frechheit.
Ich denke, dass sie das extra so machen, damit viele ihre mangelhafte B-Ware einfach behalten und die ihren Schmutz loswerden.

Paid over $200.00 for a new ohtani jersey and then paid extra to have it shipped in 2 days. We'll i got an email saying it was delivered but that was false. No jersey was ever sent to my house no delivery truck ever showed up to my house on the date they claim to have delivered the product. Such a waste of time and energy. They take 7 days to process a refund. Ordered the jersey on March 20th. It is march 25th. They said to wait additional 3 days for the product to arrive when I paid for 2 day shipping. Worst idea ever to use their site. So I lent them money for 2 weeks. Ur welcome mlb shop hope u used my money for something good since I wasn't able to

Order placed March 6th with a "guaranteed" delivery date of March 20th. Customer service (ha!!) repeat the same LIE that the order has been shipped yet they CANNOT provide me with any shipping details (ie. tracking number, shipper, when it was shipped, etc). How do these thieves get away with this? Does anyone at Major League Baseball HQ know about this?

Complete GARBAGE. Ordered a large and it wouldn’t fit an 8 year old. Can’t return it because you need the tags. Stay away from this company. It should be zero stars but that’s not a option.

I am not real sure this company even exists. My first order with them. They said they sent my package. They used a delivery service I have never heard of. After my package never moved according to the updates, I requested a refund, which was completed. I will never order from them again. Its a complete scam.

The absolute worst. I swear they have one person working their shipping department.

Tried to cancel an order that they couldn't get shipped within a 3 week window. They then said they were unable to do that because their office that handles that was closed. Convenient. They asked I try the next day.

I tried the next day, they made it seem like everything was all settled. Gave me a ticket number and everything.

The next day I got an email that says the garbage shipped so I got in touch with their support a THIRD TIME. They said "Oh sorry, it already shipped, we can't cancel it!"

So long story short, they'll screw up and then rather than fixing anything they'll waste your time.

I'm headed to my credit card's website later today to recall the payment and I advised their support that I'll keep whatever they send me but save yourself this same kind of headache. Shop literally anywhere else.

If you were unaware, this website is also the Fanatics and the HatClub teams/websites. Don't shop there either if you don't want a migraine.

They worst delivery service. They contracted the cheapest delivery service possible to save a dollar. Was charged almost $20 extra for faster service, with no results. Been waiting for days for my order, and the delivery company imputed false information into the system to make me believe they were going to deliver my order. Never even heard of this cheap delivery company they contracted to do their deliveries… Poor business.
Won’t order anything for this shop again. Will go to a local store and place a in store order with less confusion…

Deserve 0 stars. Charged me $10 for shipping. Arrived a month-and-a-half later and way past Christmas. Now they want to charge me $10 to return this overpriced junk. I don't honestly trust sending this back to them - I'm afraid they'll keep the hats and never refund me. Terrible company. Never buy from them!

I wish I could leave them 0 Stars. I ordered a customized jersey for my son for Christmas. This was what he really wanted. It said it would come on Dec 20th. It never came and then it said it would come on Dec. 24th. It never came and then it said Dec 30th. It still never came. I contacted the company and after they looked they said it was lost. I told them to get me another one right away and was told them are out of the item now. What a POS company. They ruined a kid's Christmas and didn't give a shit. Nobody should ever order anything from them. They don't care if it gets to you or not.

I ordered a Royals jersey from this site and when it arrived it wasn't the same item that was pictured, I thought it was embroidered on but when I got it, it was ironed on, very disappointed, I probably won't be buying any thing else from them again, they have poor quality items, they make the pictures look like one thing and ship something totally different, they should be put out of business, MLB should not be affiliated with this, they lie.

I ordered 4 championship Dodger sweatshirts. Two of them were printed with the Dodgers word upside down! Another was stained and all of them were missing snaps. I should have read the reviews before making the purchase. Don’t buy from this place. Merchandise is junk.

I bought two shirts. One was a small intended for my son. That "small" shirt, should have fit according to the sizing information listed on the shop site, however, when it arrived, it was the size of a typical XL shirt.

The second shirt I bought was a Large for myself (different style). This one ran small. Compared to my other shirts it was about the size of a typical medium.

In the end, neither shirts matched their size guide information listed, nor do they conform with typical sizing, or really any standard, given that the Small was significantly larger than the Large.

Return and restocking fees are absurd, especially given the quality of what the site ships out. In the end, I opted to just donate the shirts rather than paying even more money to return them. This store is a complete rip off. I will never buy from them again.

Wish I read the comments on this site about delivery times before placing an order. Placed an order yesterday (a Thursday) for a baseball cap and paid an additional €28.90 for overnight delivery. UPS notification says it now won't arrive until next Monday, 4 days later! MLBshop will refund the delivery cost now but I have to wait until its delivered before they will refund the cost of the item, even though I won't be there to receive it.

Good old US customer service!

I ordered a jersey for my son as a Christmas present on Nov. 12th. MLB shop said I would receive the jersey in a week or so. It never arrived and now the expected arrival date is Jan 6th, 2025. I can’t get a refund. If you can’t live up to your end of a business transaction then you should issue a refund so I can spend it with a reputable, big boy company.

I ordered a $200 LA Dodgers Limited Home jersey. When I received the product, it did not look like what was advertised. It was missing the red number on front of the jersey. Contacted customer service and they offered me a 30% coupon code. Why would I need a discount code to spend more of my money when they are sending products that don't look like what is advertised?! Requested a refund but they said they're going to take a portion to cover the return label shipping fee. Ridiculous. I regret ordering from them. From the other reviews I read, return and refunds are a hassle too so I'll accept the loss. I'm not trying to deal with a shitty company like them.

Ein absolut unverschämtes ekliges Abzocker Unternehmen. Habe Limited bestellt für 280 Euro, die als lieferbar angezeigt wurden. 500 Stück weltweit - 4 Wochen gewartet und dann angefangen mich mit dem 0 IQ Kundenservice rumstreiten zu dürfen, die nur Ausreden hatten. Jetzt wurde es mir einfach ohne meine Zustimmung storniert, worauf ich es sehr teuer woanders kaufen kann. Mein Geld ist weg, keine Ware und zwei heulende Kinder - vielen Dank ihr Nichtskönner MLB Shop Europe! MfG

Their shipping is slower that TEMU and I'm paying twice as much for it. Ridiculous turn around time. I am not ordering from here again.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I had purchased a display case that showed a baseball in the image of what I bought but when it came there was NO baseball. So I did a chat with customer service to ask if it was supposed to come with a baseball. Ended up they could not answer so suggested a refund back to me. I asked if a prepaid shipping label would be sent. The agent asked me to explain what that was!! Also in the chat he kept asking me the same questions over and over again really getting me upset! He told me that yes they pay for shipping and I did not have to pay anything to do the return and I would receive an email with the label and return instructions. I did NOT get an email but instead was sent an email with a 20% coupon for my next purchase!! The emails I get daily offer me 30% What a joke. This company is a total rip off and should be investigated by the AG of the US for their poor business practices. I wish I had read the reviews as 80% give them 1 star and that is because you cannot give ZERO stars. Shame on this company. Now they keep sending me emails with amounts to spend on a gambling site. I plan to get in touch with my credit card company to dispute the charge, The product that came without a ball is a cheap piece of sh*t. Oh, the review has a check box to let MLB know about the review, but I did not see any responses for them on anyone else's review! What a joke!!
