I could not get Key to activate
I could not get key to activate. tried to contact company and they never contacted me back. I contacted Microsoft for assistance. The MS tech remoted to my pc and attempted to use the key and it was rejected because it was declared invalid by the activation server according to him.

key did not work
When does key did not work? The customer service did answer me within a day with a new code. This went back-and-forth four or five times with the customer service agent telling me if the next one did not work, he would send me my refund so I tried that it did not work. I asked him for the refund and he never answered me again so I spent $20 and never got anything.

I downloaded and installed the product on my computer. Then I went to enter the Product Key and received a message the product was not valid.
I then sent two emails to two different emails at your support desk and never received a response about my problem.

Mks Keys's great business
I called support tech for my product key from installation ID numbers of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021. They said it's no good. Mks Keys offered that replacement new product key without phone. It's working. No delay. about 1/2 hours from I got new product key number. That's great. I will tell my friends about Mks Keys's business.

I purchase an account & password to WHAT?
When you go to Microsoft to download Microsoft 365, you have to pick a plan before you can download????
I will be stopping payment if you cannot provide a link to download Microsoft 365 without having to pay for it????
