I found the room I am in advertised on Spare Room by MK properties . Pierre personally handled everything swiftly and professionally. As I was not living in London, I was finding getting, and attending viewings on spare room to be stressful . But when I contacted Pierre, he sent me clear videos of the room, and answered all my questions . I knew it was in the area I wanted so requested to rent the room, and within the same day I sent the holding deposit! I also got to speak to the Landlord of the property in advance via video call, which was a nice reassuring touch . Pierre arranged to leave the keys for me in the safe box at the property so I could move at my convenience. He also went back in to the property prior to me arriving to video my storage space. He also answered any questions I had relating to the contract itself. Nothing was too much to ask, and the contact was always prompt via WhatsApp and email.
Moving to a new city can be a stressful experience, but this was made easy with Pierre. Thanks Pierre !
