I’ve struggled with bad knees ever since an old racing injury and my wife recommended that I go and see Charlotte at MK Feet. She did a thorough assessment and advised that my posture and feet weren’t helping the pain I was experiencing. I got some orthotics and now have regular appointments with Charlotte and she seems to be the only person that can make a difference. Highly recommend, staff are all very knowledgeable and passionate.

Ordered replacement Orthotics and despite numerous chasers and lots of different stories and excuses delivery of products is a joke at nearly 3 months and still waiting.

Buyer be aware, complete lack of service or care once money has been parted with.

Last year I visited with a verruca, had two sessions of treatment. Was told my verruca would go. Unfortunately, it didn't 'go', it has spread and is causing me some difficulty in walking due to their position on my foot. I'm sorry I couldn't give e the exact dates I visited, it may have been a year ago or more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about my issues and reassuring. As a diabetic it is important to find someone who knows what they are doing.

I was struggling along with a problem which the podiatry team at MK team diagnosed quickly and with some immediate changes to my shoes and some insoles I now have no more pain. They really helped me understand the problem and how I can prevent it causing me problems in the future.

I attended the clinic due to foot pain. The podiatrist straight away did lots of tests and scanned my foot. She then gave me lots of treatment options and advised on the best option for me.

After a course of shockwave and laser combined my foot feels so much better!

I had been having problems with my feet & hips, after a consultation with Manju discovered a leg length difference & a simple heel raise in my show has now has resulted in no more pain Thank you so much my quality of life is so much better wish I had discovered mk feet a long time ago.

My first visit to MK Feet was incredibly helpful. I had recently suffered from severe ingrown toenails and needed them sorting out. The podiatrist I saw was very gentle during the process, and explained what they were doing as they were doing the treatment. Very professional and I highly recommend!

Had an appointment on Thursday 27th October 2022. at 11am. Got there 15 minutes early. waited until 11.15 then said to receptionist is there a problem? the previous patients were over running. Was offered the chance to come back in the afternoon. Waste of my time, needless car journey. Why can't they organise appointments and stick to them? will find another clinic

Excellent service all round provided by MK Feet. I had custom insoles designed by Charlotte Thornton (Morton's Neuroma on the left foot, arthritis on the right) and they are so much better than a similar pair made up for me by a guy in Stony Stratford a few years ago. I can walk for miles now, literally, without so much as a twinge. An added bonus: Axa Healthcare paid all costs of the consultation and insoles (though you do pay yourself for any extra pairs you might require).Highly recommended.

Always made to feel very welcome and in safe hands. I haven’t hesitated to invite my Dad who has recently moved to the area to see Charlotte to help with his corns and general footcare; I couldn’t even look at his feet beforehand (absolutely disgusting ha) but Charlotte has helped him and nothing is too much trouble. She has a gentle and kind nature!

Charlotte was amazing and after years of pain it felt amazing to be pain free. I suffer badly with a dodgy patella and Charlotte was very understanding and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and my partner now sees Charlotte regularly for a sports injury.

Fantastic service from MKfeet. I was suffering heel pain for a while & decided I needed to have this looked at as my job was suffering. I had an appointment with Mr Wardlaw who was absolute amazing, not only did he give advice on my heel but the advice he gave cured my hip pain problem. I have decided to leave the feedback to warn and to save money and heartache should any parent decide to use this clinic. My sons toe was mistreated by this clinics Podiatrist-surgeon. My son was referred by the clinic's surgeon back to our GP who put us on antibiotics only to prolong our suffering and cause more inflammation. The podiatrist from this clinic then suggested the operation 4 months later with no referral or suggestion that it should have been treated by the pediatric surgeon. There is a brilliant clinic in Oxford that will give you a professional advice and treatment as opposed to this clinic. And shockingly for half the price! Do not waste your time on this clinic!

A very good experience. My son had a serious accident and ripped off his toenail, so it was a bit of an emergency, fortunately Charlotte was able to see us straight away. Explained clearly what she was about to do to my son, all fixed and we just returned for a check on the healing all was good. I highly recommend MK Feet.

There was also superb service from the extremely knowledgeable, informative and caring, podiatrist, Luke. He took great care with my 84-year-old mother-in-law, who has Alzheimer's.
