MJP Conveyancing Anmeldelser

Third time using this service and whole experience was fantastic kept fully upto date on the portal at all times and enabling you to go back to reread things if necessary. All the staff really helpful and would not hesitate recommending or using again . Top class service at reasonable prices.

We are first time buyers so we have no other conveyancing experience to compare to, but MJP have been amazing so far for us. The online portal is a bit overwhelming at first with all the information, but once you get to grips with it the communication is very transparent, updates are almost daily, responses very quick (within a few hours typically) and things seem to be moving along as fast as possible. They also seem to have picked up on small details about the property we are buying and raised relevant enquiries. They also very quickly turned things around to meet an exchange date we and the rest of the chain requested. Would definitely recommend and use again!

thank you all for the last few months, you made everything so easy, chased things up quickly and kept me in the loop. Second time using you guys now and i wouldn't hesitate using you gain in the future.

MJP were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. The online portal provides additional information and is easy to use. We will be using MJP for all future moves.

MJP are quick to respond, efficient and informative. The online portal made things very easy and made the process as smooth as possible.

Other than the whole process taking 6 months to complete, the overall experience with MJP was good

All members of the team were helpful, efficient, and responded to my queries in a timely fashion. I especially liked the online portal - it is easy to use, provides a clear "roadmap" and a transparent record of all communications.

My parents have used solicitors in the past but remarked how easy this system was to use for first time buyers in today's word of electronic communication. Never was a question left unanswered for longer than a day. It was easy to upload information and to see what was going on with my house purchase. I very rarely used the call back service as was happy with the answers on the journal but when I did use it I received a prompt call. Would thoroughly recommend using MJP.

MJP were absolutely fantastic throughout our very quick transaction. Rapid responses on the portal and were especially quick as exchange and completion came around. Dominic in the setup team was brilliant and the whole service was great value. Thank you!

MJP are quick to respond, efficient and informative. I have used them for a number of house sales and purchases and have found them affordable and supportive on every occasion. I would thoroughly recommend them especially as they have a very useful portal where the work is conducted through.

Finally, a top conveyancing solicitor!! MJP were superb on our recent transaction. Very speedy response times within the portal. If you need a call, the team call back so quickly to provide updates and answer questions etc. They were also very thorough at each stage of the sale & purchase.

The communication was excellent and the team went above and beyond to help us complete on our first home

MJP have been amazing throughout the whole process of buying my first home. They've been very efficient and knowledgeable on all areas and always quickly responded to any queries I had. I couldn't fault them in anything and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others

Fantastic service throughout. Professional at all times and extremely helpful. The portal is easy to use and understand. All queries were answered promptly. Would recommend MJP.

As a first time buyer, I've heard nothing but bad things about solicitors, and was mega stressed about this part of the journey, however, MJP have been absolutely faultless! They answered my annoying queries within minutes, have been absolutely hot on the seller's solicitor and generally done an incredibly thorough job. Highly recommend anyone using MJP for the conveyancing needs

Absolutely amazing service. So professional, so helpful and so fast. The portal is fantastic and any questions posted are answered so quickly. We've used MJP twice now and recommended them to colleagues who've also had a great experience. We would never use anyone else for our conveyancing. Thankyou so much MJP.

MJP utilise an online 24/7 portal to manage communication, status/progression & documents. I found this handy when trying to juggle a hectic personal/work life with a first time house purchase.

For trickier parts where I felt that a back and forth discussion was needed I was able to utilise the portal to arrange a call back at a convenient time.

At no point did I feel MJP were not on top of the situation or dragging their feet (a common problem in the industry from what I hear).

This is my 3rd transaction with MJP, 2 purchase and 1 sale.

They were fantastic everytime and ensured I was upto date at all points leading to completion.

Impossible to name just 1 colleague as all were fantastic.

Was purchasing my first house and had MJP recommended to me from a family friend and I can safely say they are the best solicitors I have ever come across. Faultless customer service and very quick response times. I would seriously recommend MJP to anybody looking for a solicitor

We choose MJP as they were local to us, and we wanted a conveyancer that would allow us to visit their office if required. Their online portal allowed us to perform everything we needed.

MJP has a wonderful knowledgeable team, a true pleasure to work with. They were very quick to respond to any of our many queries and was also able to help us understand the jargon that goes with buying a new house.

We visited their office a couple of times to drop of legal documents, their office was very welcoming, and we felt at ease.

Would highly recommend if you need a solicitor for conveyancing, their online portal also made communication very quick and kept you up to date with exactly what’s going on.
