MJP Conveyancing Anmeldelser

We had a good experience with MJP for the purchase of our first property. Their online system is clunky and takes some time to get your head around, but it’s incredibly useful and transparent - all communications with the sellers are uploaded, as well as all the documents. MJP were very responsive via the online messaging system, and we hardly needed to talk to them on the phone at all. They also provided useful advice in their online documentation.

I am extremely pleased with my decision to choose MJP Conveyancing Ltd. as my solicitors. They were incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. Their system, which allows clients to view all interactions with other parties, as well as access documents and reports, significantly enhances communication. While it took a little time to get accustomed to, once familiar, it improved the quality of communication tenfold.

Remarkably, they managed to complete and exchange on my leasehold property in less than eight weeks, which is an impressive feat. This speed and efficiency are a testament to their professionalism and proactive approach. I had numerous questions and requested many callbacks through their system, and each time I received prompt and thorough responses that left me completely satisfied.

Buying a home is a significant decision, and having peace of mind throughout the process is invaluable. I strongly recommend MJP Conveyancing Ltd. to anyone in need of conveyancing services.

Excellent Service
Couldn't have asked for better, made the whole experience of moving house a lot easier and stress free. Professional throughout. Would highly recommend

Excellent communication and very efficient. Made the sale process very easy. Thank you!

I chose MJP after reading these reviews and I have been absolutely delighted with the service. From my first call having made an inquiry online to the last call with Emma to confirm completion, everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, helpful and very good at their job! It has been incredibly easy to track our progress online and five stars doesn’t even do justice to the level of responsiveness, efficiency and professionalism throughout. Our sale included staircasing of a shared ownership property as a simultaneous transaction which was dealt with seamlessly and MJP managed a difficult process (with far less professional solicitors elsewhere) incredibly well. I have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so!

I can’t thank the team enough for all their support — they’ve been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From the very first phone call all the way to completion, they were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way.

As a business, they bring a personal touch that really sets them apart. You’re not just another transaction — they truly care, and it shows in everything they do.

Nothing was too much trouble, and their communication throughout made the whole process so much smoother. A huge thank you to everyone involved — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Highly recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a better team to support us through our home purchase. From start to finish, they were by far the quickest solicitors in our chain—always working efficiently, responding promptly, and doing everything they could to keep things moving.

Their communication was excellent throughout, and it was clear they genuinely had our best interests at heart. We always felt informed, supported, and in safe hands.

A huge thank you for all your hard work—we really appreciated how proactive and responsive you were at every stage. Would highly recommend!

The online platform used by MJP means that all information and documents are easily accessible, as well as providing a direct line in to the team. I was amazed by the speed of response whenever I raised a question on the portal, or asked for an update, and was also called within 30 minutes of requesting one.
The team were brilliant and managed to get my transaction to exchange in 9.5 weeks, in line with the timeline agreed from the outset.

3 houses in the chain. Mjp in middle. Worst communication ever. Wait till last min . Drop an enquiry last min. Then forget to answer phone or emails .

Just completed another successful sale & purchase with MJP. We were once again delighted with the service and thoroughly recommend them. You do need to be a bit more hands on than with traditional solicitors but the ability to check daily on the progress and know exactly at what stage you are at is unrivalled. For cost and service I don't think MJP can be beaten.

Professional right from the start, kept me informed on all aspects of the conveyancing....dealt with legal matters and requests from the buyers immediately and answered all their questions honestly after consulting me for information...would recommend..... the service is great and everyone is willing to advise without keeping you waiting....smooth operators

I can’t point out a single member of staff as they were all super responsive and actioned anything we asked straight away. They made what could be a highly stressful situation as stress free as possible. I had got numerous quotes in the beginning and MJP were the company that stood out. Their onboarding team called and had a conversation about what we were looking for without pressure. The online portal was brilliant as you can see straight away if there’s an update, which you also get notified about by email. I have already recommended this company to a colleague and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you for a pleasant transaction!

We have recently exchanged on our first home using MJP, as first time buyers we found the portal very useful as it was very transparent showing us what was being said to the estate agents, sellers solicitors, etc.

You don’t deal with one person you deal with lots of different people for different areas however this worked for us as we felt it made the process more efficient. We still felt like we were getting supported. Any questions we asked were answered promptly and with good information which is so important as first time buyers

We were recommended to try MJP for our conveyancing. The aspects of their mode of operation that appealed to us were the ease of access via their on-line portal, and the quote. Our experience was excellent, absolutelyno regrets chosing MJP. All information was given both clearly, and accurately. Enquiries were responded to rapidly, both on-line and by telephone if requested. Discussions with the solicitor were easy to arrange, and effective. The conveyancing was swift, error free, with timely responses. I would highly recommend them, for both service quality and value for money.

Great communication and fast replies, always ensuring every question is dealt with and no need to remind of issues I had raised.

We were introduced to MJP by our estate agents. As well as selling our property, we also chose MJP to handle our property purchase. Their online system is very quick and simple to use. All notifications and questions were handled promptly. I would highly recommend MJP.

I have used MJP on 3 separate transactions now and have been very happy with their service every time. I wouldn’t use anyone else now.
Their online system is easy to use and keep up to date with everything going on.

Excellent service from the team at MJP Conveyancing, really professional approach and first class communication all through the process, worked hard upon instructions to get the completion sooner than requested.
Thank you all

I have used MJP a few times and they are consistently fantastic. I wouldn't use any other firm and will always return to them.

Right from the beginning of the process, when you're getting a quote, the experience with MJP is personalised and friendly.

When dealing with the transaction, the team is fast and responsive, and when things get challenging, their advice is excellent.

The online portal is a brilliant way of staying up-to-date with progress and the team is excellent at updating it so you know what's going on with the transaction minute-by-minute.

I'm very grateful to the MJP team and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

I was concerned signing up with an online conveyancing company originally, the argument for using traditional local Solicitors was a strong one.

I am glad to say that is was a an excellent choice, I did my research & MJP came up top of my list.

I easily navigated the site, response times was faster than expected, documents easily downloaded and saved locally for future reference, payments made and received with ease. I was abroad at one stage & still cleared the process.

I will certainly use them again & would not hesitate to recommend them as long as you are actively picking up your emails, & ok with the digital age, the MJP team will not fail you.

Congratulations MJP team, Great Job, suitably impressed.

A digital Handshake from me.
