Like everyone else is saying, there is ZERO customer service. They somehow entered the wrong address into the shipping address after I had already put in the correct address and there's no way to contact them to change it. Their response time was 8-10 days for customer service and the product shipped next day, so what's the point? I'm going to return my order just because this is such a terrible company

Company sucks, no customer service at all, says use the chatbox at the bottom of screen, is there one there, not at all. Customer service number has a recording that says they have no customer service, avoid at all cost.

Everything was great. Good quality and fast delivery to Slovakia.

PEOPLE AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I contacted them to start a return a MONTH ago and still haven't heard back or gotten an RMA#!

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a Lakers t-shirt during a sale for $11.40 and received an order confirmation saying it was processing, and then it got cancelled 9 DAYS LATER due to it being marked out of stock. However, the same item is still available on their website at the full price of $38! This left me feeling that sales orders are not being honored. I expected better customer service and will consider shopping elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and never shop with Mitchell & Ness!!!

Says they take Paypal get to checkout no Paypal. Says they take Zip no zip at checkout. Says they take Klarna no option. Call customer service they arent taking calls. Email them and get no reply. Yet they want premium prices.

The worst return experience of any online retailer I’ve used the past few years. I will never shop with them again.

Had to go to the post office to get a shipping label, when I happily would have accepted a reduction in my refund to be able to print one at home. No communication from them at any point, nothing to confirm receiving my return, nothing to say my refund was being processed. 22 days later after my return was delivered to them (16 business days), my refund still has not posted to my bank account. AVOID.

Purchased 4 shirts and a sweater during an online sale. 15 DAYS after purchase was completed I was notified the shirts and sweater was no longer in stock. Terrible customer service, company. STAY AWAY!!

I placed an order the same day the NY Knicks won their championship; I purchased their championship hat and paid $54.99. Well over 45 days, and i still waiting for the order to arrive. I have emailed the company well over 10 times and have gotten no response.
Although some people praise their quality, their customer service is the worst. I highly recommend staying away from this company.

The item i got was too large. I submitted for a return- and received instructions on how to return.
I payed for the shipping to return.
Weeks later the item shows back up at my house with a return to sender sticker, unclaimed, unable to forward. So i payed for the jacket. Payed for the return. And now i have the jacket i didnt want for 15 more dollars that i didnt want to spend.
Can not get anyone to answer for this- do not order from this company.

Website advertised a sale on items. Order was placed for the items and then cancelled 10+ days later stating that the items were out of stock. The items are still in stock and never were out of stock. The company pulled a classic rug pull on all customers trying to purchase their on sale items. Their excuse of having only a limited number available for the sale does not make sense. It’s 2026, what company doesn’t have an inventory tracker that displays when items are running low or have sold out? Seems to me, and others that are complaining of the same issue on Reddit, that the company listed these items accidentally or are regretting the price they listed them for.

Even as of now, all of the items are still available on their site with EVERY size available.

This company is an absolute scam! They had a sale they were promoting. I ordered 3 shirts....it was over 10 days, so I contacted them. When they got back to me, they told me shirts were out of stock. I went and checked their website...ALL 3 shirts were still being sold! What is going on!

Horrible company. They take your money,say its in stock,then take 3 weeks to 4 weeks to ship. You can get something from china faster. This is why America fails in this department. Lazy. Nobody wants to work,nobody cares. Mitchell & Ness company Moto. Do Not Buy From them. Worst I've ever seen.

They sent me a shirts and when i order a hoodie. It been three week they response to my email that all still nothing it going on the a whole month. They suck

What an absolute RIDICULOUS WAY TO RUN A COMPANY. I’m guessing this is a smaller operation than they pretend to be. First, you have to pay for shipping, then they ship everything in one Order out separately, then you have to REQUEST a Return and WAIT FOREVER for a RETURN APPROVAL; and then YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR TO SHIP A RETURN. So In total I paid over $30.00 to have items shipped and a portion returned. AND I had to contact them so that I could ship everything in one box to avoid shipping for each item that they shipped in drips and drabs.

My nightmare continued from my June 18 review of Fanatics and its Mitchell & Ness brand.

On June 23, I was finally able to connect with the Mitchell & Ness verification department, and my order was reinstated. The verification representative, Harvey, acknowledged all of the frustration I had experienced and promised that, because of the inconvenience, the $10 shipping charge would be refunded once the order shipped and my American Express card was charged. His exact instructions were: "Just call customer service and have them look at the order notes. I documented everything."

On June 25, after my order arrived and my American Express card had been charged, I called Fanatics customer service. After once again going through the AI screening process, I explained my previous conversation with Harvey. As you might expect, the customer service representative told me there were no notes authorizing a refund.

Instead of honoring the commitment I had been given, the representative offered me a 30% discount coupon on a future purchase. I declined because I wasn't asking for a favor—I was asking Fanatics to honor the promise its own verification department had made. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told that wasn't possible. Instead, I would have to email the Mitchell & Ness department and wait for someone to contact me.

What should have been a simple purchase for my grandson turned into multiple phone calls, repeated explanations, contradictory information between departments, and another broken promise. Based on my experience, Fanatics and Mitchell & Ness have some serious customer service issues to address.

Shopping with Mitchell & Ness is like shopping with a business on their first day of operations. If the wind blows in the wrong direction, their shipping and logistics fall into a delay tailspin. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. It is email only. It takes forever to get a response. Their responses are written in the tone of a scold. (It is as if a Mitchell & Ness executive set a goal to be rude to customers as a "feature" of the experience.) Absolutely do not recommend -- especially at their price points.

Underscoring the many experiences documenting that customer service is worse than non-existent. M and N is engaging in a number of deceptive and fraudulent practices. 1) Customer service: promising to circle back and never following-up. 2) Engaging in a bait-and-switch campaign for customers to sign up and receive updates and messages, while providing their personal contact information and data. In exchange, customers are to receive a 15% discount. I wass a victim of this bait and switch tactic on my order. The discount was not applied at checkout-- and I tried to re-order as wel as contact the company.
3) False order status information. My items were in stock, supposedly being immediately processed away and receiving free 2+-business-day delivery. After my credit card was processed, I was informed that my order supposedly was "on its way". Subsequently, I was informed that the order is actually "scheduled" to be delivered more than 2 weeks after being placed. Again--bait and switch.
I have written repeatedly and answered their surveys.
Along with other similarly situated customers--A refund of the price and the cost of our time is owed.

Absolutely useless customer service. Premium shipping options are not honored and they if something is out of stock, they will still let you check out with it.

As for quality, the items seems fine as for customer service, this company would get negative stars if I could give them that. My son received 2 of the same shirts as birthday presents. Just wanted to return one. He reached out via the return form, I reached out via email twice and called the (useless) 1-866-879-6485 number that I was given by FANATICS which must sell their stuff or be a parent company? Anyway…no response and it’s been over a week. The “30day” return date is fast approaching and I have a feeling we will not hear anything until the date has come and gone. I would not buy from this company unless you are 100% sure you want to keep it. Returns are next to impossible.
