I absolutely adore the dress I kept, but 2 didn't fit so I returned them. I am still waiting for a refund 11 working days so far. I recommend that you find a real shop to purchase as even though I sent them recorded delivery at my own expense, I have received no correspondence at all. I am a very unhappy customer. I am so glad I didn't try and reorder the returned dresses in a different size. To go though this wait again.

Hadn't realised that there was a brown "stripe" down the back of the pair blue item.
Couldn't undo the button on the cardigan.
Both items seemed quite big.
Difficult to know how to return items as no "returns" label was included.
Waiting for a reply re. instructions to return items for reimbursement.

Very strange sizing, waist far too big. Material heavy. Unfortunately I removed the tags so couldn’t return. Waisted my money.

The quality of the clothing is excellent. Can't fault. However, I don't like to have to wait for replies sent via email. Don't like that the customer has to pay for returns ! I've also only just noticed that the 3 items I've ordered and received are full price when I'm sure at the time of ordering we on a discount. Well at least 2 of them were. I'll be honest but I wouldn't have bought them at full price which makes me think I'm right ! Emailed again and sat waiting ! Not sure I would use the company again even though I love the clothing. Too stressful!

Love mistral clothing but not happywith return policy. Would order a lot more but don't want to pay for returns.
Also takes far too long to obtain refund or reply to emails

I waited for my cardigans to be sent for over a week
then I sent numerous emails asking what has happened and only received automated replies
I finally received my cardigans (and they are quite nice) but it is 12 days since I ordered them and Mistral customer services has only replied to my numerous emails today when they informed me that they had been delivered to my local post office
I would not recommend anyone to order from them as the service was so poor

The quality of the material is very poor.
Also sizing is wrong. It is very large for a size 6

Usually the sizing of Mistral knitware is very reliable but the cardigan I've just received is way off - the bust size is 16cm or more bigger than normal on a size 12. The description doesn't say it's supposed to be enormous.

Good service, well made clothing, lovely fabrics. My only negative observation was that the size 8 tops I ordered seemed very large and baggy.
