Order at your peril.
I’m sad to report that this company has let me down too. I ordered a towbar via a well known website and was expecting it to be delivered within 14 day at the latest. After it failing to arrive I contacted the company to advise of non-delivery. I was sent tracking information (different to original sent) and found the item was somewhere at the parcel hub and had been there for at least a week. I contacted them again and was sent the tracking info yet again, they clearly hadn’t checked it themselves otherwise they would have seen that it wasn’t going anywhere! I contacted them again and was told they would investigate. After no further response I contacted them again and they said the investigation was being escalated, why didn’t they do it a week ago when it was clear to me that the parcel was mislaid. I have managed to get a full refund 22 days after the order was placed, inept and insincere, copy and paste customer response emails. Pleased to have my money back but wasted 3 weeks of my life when what should have been a simple transaction went wrong.
