Unfortunately there is no zero stars. So my daughter bought 2 pairs of boots (which were faulty) we reported these to this company, who had the cheek to blame my daughter on defacing these! The boots are not fit for purpose, they have never been worn, EVER!
Now 3 months later they refuse a refund and kept the boots. “Apparently “ they have CCTV that checked the boots before they left. Surely if they were simply not suitable we would have sent them back under “not suitable “ why deface these. So now we will be going down the trading standard route to get this company investigated.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY….. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE ALOT TO BE DESIRED!
IMAGINE ACCUSING A CUSTOMER OF PURPOSELY DESTROYING AN ITEM!
WHEN SHE COULD HAVE GOT A REFUND IF THEY WERE SIMPLY NOT SUITABLE!

These were bought at the end of dec and sent back within a fortnight faulty and we still are fighting to get a refund on these FAULTY BOOTS

Be very careful when ordering. I was sent two wrong items. Didn’t receive my two items I ordered, had to pay €16 postage to send back WRONG ITEMS and was told I won’t be refunded. Even though it was no fault of mine that I needed to send it back. After a dispute I was told they would see what they could do. Posted 2 weeks ago from Ireland to England and apparently haven’t received my package yet. In all my life I’ve never had a package go missing so I’m hoping it shows up🫣 I am after paying €77 for original order and then €16 post as well. Really not nice to deal with

I got the Black Leather Fold Over Shark Classic Buckle Knee High Boots
These boots are so cute !!! They are good quality, and the heel isn't too high and just overall sleek, however, I have slimmer legs, so there's a medium-ish gap where my legs are just under my knees but to avoid this, using ankle warmers will help, and i suggest buying insoles for the boots as their uncomfortable to walk in and need a bit more cushioning. Also, delivery was extremely fast as it arrived 4 days after ordering, using normal delivery :)

Returned a pair of boots and have not received my refund. Complete shambles when it comes to customer service, they do not reply to emails and cannot be contacted on social media! AVOID AVOID AVOID

The boots i ordered were such nice quality and looked so flattering. I paid for quicker delivery and my order came around a day or two after. Very happy customer!!!!

Buyers beware please stay away from this company!!!
Another establishment that thinks they can get away with not delivering your parcels and delaying or even refusing your refund.
They use thieving DPD who are allergic to doorbells as I was in all day no attempt to deliver stole or as they like to say LOST my parcel….investigation raised but can someone tell me why I need to wait for this to be done instead of refunding me like a normal sane company would oh no I’ve got to wait for the back and forth between them and courier to end!!!!
Absolute scammers!!

I brought some knee high boots from here as a birthday present for my daughter.They arrived in a small damaged box,they didn't fit so I tried returning them took 5 emails try and sort a refund out because it kept saying my order number was wrong. When I did get a refund I got half of a refund not only was I charged for returning them i was also charged taxes.Awfully overrated company,taking people's hard earned money all for just returning something not only are people buying from this company they are giving more to them by buying there shit knock offs, returning stuff and being charged for it. Daylight robbery! Half of what they sell you can buy of debenhams better value and you get a fall refund if you need to return.I would never buy from here again
