Jeg har købt en kjole (som de skriver er afsendt) har dog aldrig modtaget noget. Ville ønske jeg selv havde læst trustpilot inden jeg handlede her. En stor scam. Hvor er det trist at snyde så mange mennesker for penge. ØV

Vil informere jer om, at når I sælger til Danmark, så er I ifølge loven forpligtet til at give 14-returret - lige meget hvad I skriver i jeres betingelser.
Jeg kan se i skriver alle mulige grunde til, at I ikke tager jeres vare retur, men dette er altså ulovligt. Håber Forbrugerombudsmanden kommer efter jer, så stopper han jer fra at sælge til Danmark.

Hold dig LANGT VÆK! De er scam. Jeg har bedt om return-label da jeg ikke vil betale 1300kr for en kjole fra Kina, og får nu afvide man ikke kan få pengene tilbage. Jeg opretter en sag hos forbrugerombudsmanden imorgen…

Firsrly, our company is a British entity, and we are proud of our heritage and operations in the UK. We have an overseas warehouse in Hong Kong, China. In the event that certain products are temporarily out of stock in our UK or US warehouses, we will ship some products from our Hong Kong warehouse to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. This is why the shipping label may indicate that the products are being shipped from China.

Regarding the return policy, we understand your frustration.
