The mirror I ordered is a piece of junk. First of all, there was no hardware for hanging the mirror up. The back of the mirror was cheap plastic, and the holes that were made in it for the screws were not properly drilled out. also, the plastic frame started cracking as soon as I took it out of the box. I would return it except that I threw out the packaging it came in would never order it from this company again.

The custom made mirror we ordered exceeded our expectations. The quality was excellent and the price was fair.
The company business development lead “G M” was extremely helpful assisting in the the product design and order.
When required we will definitely purchase products from Mirrorize and recommend the company to friends and associates.

I needed a frameless beveled mirror for the top of a mirror nightstand I cracked. They had a perfect size. I called the company after my order was placed online with a question . They were amazing . Through email they went above and beyond. My package was fedex’d very fast . But the detail and care that went into in the packaging for safetywas truly incredible. Box was stickered so well to alert it was fragile . I did find this company in a simple google search and I will 100% be recommending Mirrorize . Very satisfied customer

Great product quality and service! I had made an appointment to go to them to pick out my frame and they were nice enough to offer to send me frame samples and save me the trip of having to go there. They were very responsive by email as well always replying very quickly. The only small issue I had was I never got an email confirmation for my order, but they did send it to me when I emailed them for it. And I also didn't get an email for the status of my order. I had to follow up after a week and ask when I could expect to receive my mirror. I did however receive a prompt reply that my mirror was being prepared to be mailed. This took almost 2 weeks for my custom made mirror. The funny thing is about 1 month later after already having had my mirror by then, I received the email thanking me for my purchase which said their team will start preparing my order and will contact me again when my order is ready. Must be just a glitch in their system. But overall I am very happy with my custom made mirror and the email communication.

Mirrorize is incredible. The mirrors are beautiful and really affordable. We ordered 2 custom mirrors and they were ready within 3 business days. The staff were also very helpful and even loaded them into my van and helped me pack them to keep them safe. Will 100% order from there again.

Dealing with this company was a pleasure right from first contacting them. I was able to speak with Tara (customer support ) immediately to answer all my inquiries. I was sent samples which arrived the next day. I ordered 2 mirrors which promptly were delivered within the 4 days I was told. They were meticulously packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I needed a bathroom mirror with specific dimensions and color and after weeks of exhausting search at various stores I found Mirrorize on line. After a brief conversation with their salesperson Tara, I went to their Toronto facility. In no time I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Customer service was excellent and prices are pretty good. I'll definitely go back if ever the need arises and I'd recommend them to anyone with similar needs.

Great price, prompt delivery. Glass quality is very good. Frame quality is commensurate with value price -- it seems to be a a printed wood pattern rather than a wood veneer. I think offering a real wood veneer at a premium price could be an idea.
