DO NOT ORDER FROM MIRAI CLINICAL

I ordered from Mirai Clinical once and was sent but never received an unauthorized second shipment 3 months later. I thought maybe I put down for a subscription but they couldn’t find one. I have tried numerous time to contact them but no response to either my email or phone messages. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Mirai Clinical Scam company!

About 2 months ago I did purchased some products from Mirai.Clinical.com. I did not think the investment was worth the money I spent on the products. I never ordered any other products since then. Near the end of last month (7/26) I received an email from Mirai Clinical informing me that they were sending me another order for a total of forty seven dollars and change! I never made this second order with them. I checked my credit card statement and sure enough they charged the $47.00 to my card. I did email Mirai Clinical and left a telephone message as well requesting they cancel the order and refund the money they charged to my card. I reiterated to them that I did not request or approve this purchase. So far I have received no response.

Thank you for your feedback. On April 20, 2026 you opened 2 subscriptions with Mirai Clinical for 2 different products. You cannot complete or pay for your cart until you checkmark the acknowledgement of recurring payments/shipments. We are truly sorry that you did not realize that. As well we can assure you we are a legitimate women run small business doing our best. Please contact us to cancel your still active subscriptions.

Actually Made a Difference

I honestly didn’t expect much at first, but Mirai Clinical surprised me. The soap feels really nice on the skin and doesn’t leave me feeling dry like some other soaps do. I mainly got it because I was dealing with body odor that regular soap wasn’t really helping with, and this actually made a difference. It has a clean smell, not too strong, and it just makes me feel fresher after showering. I’d definitely buy it again.

SCAM!!!

I read about this product, and as I'm an old woman, I ended up placing an order. It took a long time to arrive, but finally did yesterday. I tried using one of the wipes I ordered on my wrist (as suggested by their website). An hour later, I broke out in hives! I reached out (via chat) on their website. Told I was being connected to a representative. Over an hour later, I was still waiting! I sent another message...same thing. So I emailed them. No response. What a scam!!!!

Update: They did refund the money for the wipes. I had also purchased the shampoo and body wash. Today I did a test of both on my wrists...no hives so far, but I'm afraid to use them on my hair and body. They said I could ship it back to them (at my expense) and they had to be unopened. How are you supposed to test the products first without opening them? Buyer beware!

Stay away from this scam soap and…

Stay away from this scam soap and deodorant company. Not a true company with business knowledge. When you order and receive their product you find it is bogus and something you can buy at a bargain basement store. Upon learning this and asking to return for refund for 2 weeks they create out of the blue reasons to dwindle down your refund.
