The customer service rep was very nice…
The customer service rep was very nice and easy to understand, she explained the offer and then proceeded to process, it was very quick and then the deposit happened the very next morning, price is a little high but its motivation to get it paid of as soon as possible, I will use them again if ever needed

There is never any hassle with the application process. As a returning customer, I only needed to reconfirm my information and I was approved in no time. The agents are always professional and they take time to explain everything in detail and they make sure any questions I have are answered in detail.

Account Payments
Had issues concerning account and payments. Two ladies assisted and both were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. In essence, payments were restructured and new contract drawn up. Looking no further should I need additional financial assistance. Kudos to Management!

As such, we make it a top priority to provide them with a comprehensive breakdown of our rates and terms, while also providing full disclosure on all fees associated with the loan well before originating the loan. Our goal is to ensure that our customers are fully informed and equipped to make informed decisions regarding their borrowing needs, while also fostering a culture of transparency and trust in all our dealings.
We strongly encourage our customers to take advantage of our no pre-payment penalty policy by paying off their loan early. Doing so will result in substantial savings on interest charges. Additionally, customers have the option to make additional payments towards the principal balance of the loan, which can help reduce the overall cost of borrowing. We believe that these options provide our customers with greater flexibility and control over their finances.
