I have received the latest update of the algorithm and I can truly say this is the most sophisticated trading algorithm on the market. You can literally do whatever you want with it. Trend following, multi-directional, control drawdowns, bollinger entries (mean reversion) DCA. Marcus has worked closely with me on this too, and I know first hand the team put so much work into these updates. One of the coolest additions is the ability to trade this algo on lots of different asset. Trading a stock like Nvidia with this algo now is wild! I love it and can't recommend the company enough.

A $56,000 Nightmare: My Cautionary Tale with Minotaur Trading Systems

Last fall, I signed up with Minotaur Trading Systems, drawn in by the promise of sophisticated algorithmic trading bots. At first, things seemed promising—the setup went smoothly, and early results gave me cautious optimism.

Then came the disaster.

During an attempt to deploy three new bots, something went horribly wrong with the API key I had provided. It became compromised, the setup failed, and Minotaur never notified me. For six days, I had no idea anything was amiss.

When I finally checked my account, it was decimated. Erratic, unauthorized trades had wiped out my balance, causing a devastating $56,000 loss.

I reached out to their CEO Kosta Ouzas. His response? After an “internal investigation” into their algorithmic products, they concluded the loss had nothing to do with bot failure or any internal security breach. No accountability. No ownership. Just deflection.

I’ve since requested a refund of the $14,000 licensing fee I paid them. They’ve flatly declined.

This entire ordeal feels deeply unprofessional and unethical. When a company’s tools lead to a massive security incident and catastrophic losses—especially after a clear failure in their setup process—you’d expect them to stand behind their product and support their customer. They have not. Instead, I was left holding the bag while they washed their hands of it.

If you’re considering Minotaur Trading Systems, think twice. Automated trading sounds appealing, but when things go wrong (and they can, quickly), the lack of transparency and support can turn your capital into a painful lesson.

Proceed with extreme caution.

I believe the system is good but very complicated to setup. Unless you have used trading view before and are well versed in crypto I’d recommend something simpler. I traded 2 years and felt like I was used to test the bots mostly except the last 6 months. Service is mediocre with little long term planning unless you pay another monthly fee. The company feels different with a more friendly feel towards clients so maybe they expanded too fast. At this time I will not be using the system going forward.

Did not perform. Got out of the system before I lost too much principle. Of course, I lost the $13k+ spent in fees.

They do try and help; however, they also encourage you to actively trade. This defeats the purpose of why I bought into the system.

I lost money with EFX Forex Algo as well. Today I am getting educated and mentored for trading stock. After a few months, I have almost recouped all my losses with Minotaur and EFX.

Cannot recommend these automated Algo services.

Minotaur was recommended to me by a friend who was satisfied with it.
I am not at all.

I know nothing about trading, and I.T. is not my thing either.
So I rely on the service of Minotaur, and I have to say, it is NOT good.
In the meantime, I have already requested an appointment 16 times to change the settings.
Still nothing.
I simply get no response.

And the worst part is that for the first 8 months my bot didn’t work due to incorrect settings.
So instead of making a profit, I kept losing more and more money.

This ad pops up on my youtube and straight away alarm bells ring. Scam alert scam alert! There is no guarantee way to beat the market using trading bots. Steer clear from this or you definitely regret it and lose whatever you invested.
