The plastic split on our Minky heated clothes airer after less than a year. I believe that the product is faulty but Minky say return it to the store which seems strange after so many months so I'm not happy with the quality of the product or their customer service

I had a faulty leg on my Air Drier and my situation was dealt with immediately. Their customer service lady Sue was excellent and within a few days a new Air Drier was delivered Excellent service 👏

Had a great experience with post sales issue. Emma from costumer service resolved the issue very efficiently.

If i could rate their heated blankets and customer service, it would be 0 ☆ my 'luxuary' heater blanket hasn't worked properly since the month I purchased. I dont like leaving bad reviews but It's just over a year ago now, and still no resolution. Only half of it will heat up, and the plug sparks sometimes, so now I won't use it for safety reasons
Amazon wouldn't help at the time because I contacted them a day over when you could send it back and said I needed to contact the seller.

And the company minky. Well I have reached out to them several times who just ignored my messages on fb and emails and got through on the phone and said they won't help because even though its their official amazon front they say it's a amazon issue even though it said it has a warrenty on buying the product which clearly not because a year later in still in this situation. Its alot of money for a broken product

So don't buy this product from here I spent £70 on a heated blanket that only half of it heats (warm not heat in the places it does warm up) up and purchased it to lower my heating bills but now have lost 70 as a low income one person household on an NHS wage and still have to use the heating.
Disgusting in a cost of living crisis.
Got a more expensive one because apparently you get what you pay for, but apparently not, so just get a cheaper one.

When I opened my box to my disappointment I saw a cracked laundry basket, as you an imagine I wasn’t best pleased, however this was all changed around by the customer service provided by the Minky Team which was exceptional. Quick action and a resolution was found in less than an hour, and a new laundry basket was received within a few days. Well done Minky 👍🏼

Retractable clothes line stopped retracting after a few uses.

Contacted customer service who were as much use as their product.

I wouldn't waste any more money on any future Minky products of inferior quality.

Do not waste your money - I moved my airer NOT DRAGGED ! And 5 months after buying one, the legs are bending -it’s not been manhandled, they are so ridged on the warranty which is for 3 years mind but bending legs are not counted as manufacturing faults, but the legs are so weak, they won’t last a year - I wouldn’t bother offering it!
I could maybe understand the leg use if it was over a year, but 5 months ! That’s shocking and such poor customer service and very poor workmanship! I’d check the method your manufacturer’s are doing, because I’m sure you’ll get far more complaints than mine. So if your buying for the warranty, like myself thinking spend more so it’s protected or better made, I personally now wouldn’t buy again, may aswell buy cheap and replace when it breaks - my old minky airer which I’d had for over 6 years mind ! Had no wonky legs! same treatment moving it around! The screws actually sheared, so obviously something in the manufacturing was obviously done differently - the legs are weaker by far! I can’t post pictures by the look of it but honestly don’t waste your money on minky!!

Exemplary customer service.

I recently bought an Ergo® Ironing Board - Blue which unfortunately had a defect.

I contacted Anna at Minky HomeCare Customer support. They were very clear in the information needed and immediately and positively resolved my query, and provided a replacement board.

Excellent service.

Minky after sales were really helpful. Actually spoke to a human being on the phone which is a rarity nowadays. Not only were they quick to answer the call, they were swift in resolving my request for a replacement protective rubber stopper for the ironing board leg (which I now know is called a ferrule).

Absolutely outstandingly, fabulously excellent service from Minky. I had a problem, twice. They resolved it, twice. I have never experienced customer service like this. Amazing. Thank you Minky.

Never buy minky pegs, absolutely awful. Break into two when on a line, never again will I buy from them considering the price

I bought a minky ironing board from Amazon £50.00 so not a cheap one and it arrived with a missing foot contacted Amazon and after lengthy chats several times with different people was told they would replace it and I could keep the one with the missing foot . They would replace it the day after because I am a prime member they said which they did to be fair
Contacted minky to buy correct one and they asked for proof or purchase and photos of the foot to be replaced which I did and they sent one out free of charge the next day. Thank you Paige from minky a lot easier to deal with than Amazon who tell you one thing and mean another .

When the ironing board arrived, it was missing one of the protective caps. Expect this was lost during transport. I contacted customer support and Anna was so kind to send a new ferrule quite quickly without cost. The board looks great and am a happy user now. Thanks team, great service, great board!

I bought the extra wide airer from Argos 6 months ago (£42/€49), I used it 3 or 4 times and it buckled on one side (holding a line dried double duvet cover, 2 pillowcases and 2 pillow protectors), breaking the leg off at the hinged bit. Having shown proof of purchase Anna in customer services arranged for a refund as they don’t deliver to Ireland. 4⭐️ not 5 as it should have been sturdier and lasted longer for that price. Also unless I had the receipt I wasn’t going to be given anything so make sure you keep yours just in case.

Exceptional customer service. Helped resolve my issue within a few emails. Continually communicating to inform me of every step. The customer service person (Paige), was brilliant. I wished larger establishments took a page out of Minky customer service training.

Although a problem did arise with the item ordered, this was quickly sorted out by Anna. 5 stars for customer service

Ordered an ironing board recently, very happy with it. One of the feet was missing (this was lost during transit though and is nothing to do with Minky). I contacted customer service and even though it was technically Amazon's fault, they're very kindly sending me out a ferrule as a goodwill gesture. Ironing board itself looks good quality, having used another Minky board for the past 5 years I've got nothing but good things to say about their boards👍🏻

Brilliant customer service. Had a problemwith an Ergo ironing board purchasedin 2018. 2 emails later with Anna and replacement on its way, due to be delivered tomorrow. What an amazing company and a very efficient customer service. Will definately buy Minky products in the future.

Ordered an ironing board and cover and they came quickly. Had an issue with a missing part and the customer service agent Anna quickly resolved the issue. Would recommend
