The renewal process was a bit of a pain…
The renewal process was a bit of a pain because our subscription expired, and I had to jump through a few hoops to renew our subscription. I felt there should have been an option to renew when I tried to log on, but I couldn't even log on because it has expired. Once I got a hold of someone the process went a lot smoother.

Great for me, too quick/advanced for MiniTab first-timers.
Overall, very knowledgeable instructor and great content - if you've been exposed to miniTab prior to this course. I think it would be good to have a pre-req course on the basics, like a "MiniTab: Fundamentals" that focuses on navigating the software and it's functions and then transition to applying the statistical tools. Again, still very happy with the Essentials course and think the instructor did a great job - I understand the statistics but less so the software.

Instructive Course Teaching Practical, Time-Saving Uses of Minitab
I learned data analysis techniques and methods that will save so much time compared to how I normally do things in Minitab. The instructor was easy to follow, waiting the perfect amount of time between clicks because knows we need to look at our own screen to copy him. What a pro.

Brilliant software, expensive & inflexible licensing
First up, the software itself & the sales contact are 5 Star! So why a 1 Star, its the licensing & costs around my work which are expensive & not flexible, particularly fr short term work like training. Having just started as self employed, after 35 years of corporate licensing, I find the solutions offered to me are not practical or cost viable, especially vs alternate packages. I need to have Minitab for my work & I love using it, hence this is a bitter sweet review in my changed situation work wise.
