The earrings delivered did not look like the ones I purchased. Significant difference -- it was an entirely different product, different color. The theme of the earrings could vaguely be described as... Se mere

Lovely, comfortable overalls!
Great overalls! These black and white overalls can be dressed up or down depending on what I need. They are remarkably comfortable and have many pockets. I often wear them for traveling because of that. They mitigate the need for extra bags. I can put most of my items in a knapsack and stick them in the overhead and carry the absolutely critical things in my pockets. This is a game changer.

Great items and great customer service
Bought 2 lots of dungarees from this shop now, and all items were great quality.
The shipping was fast, and on this occasion there had been a problem with my order, and they emailed me straight away to let me know one of the items I'd bought was out of stock, but they would send as soon as they restocked. All items turned up together, so I wouldn't have known any difference, but it was great they were so pro-active. Looking forward to buying from this store again.

Impressive retailer
I have been so impressed with Minimum Mouse, both buying from them at events and online. This was an online purchase. The skirt is beautiful and completely as described. The delivery was fast as well. A great retailer

Fast shipping and great product.
Fast shipping and great product.
I had to wait 3 working days for a reply to a question via the contact form. That’s the only thing that could have been a bit more speedy. Otherwise, happy customer

Great service and lovely jeans.
I'm always a bit wary of ordering online from a company I don't know. However, nothing ventured...
They were fantastic!
I ordered 2 pairs jeans but the wrong size, so had to return them. The return process was easy (you do need to pay postage) but refund came though quickly.
I ordered the next size down and they fit perfectly. Happy bunny.

Helpful end to an email journry
I emailed twice to ask for an exchange as the dungarees are slightly snug, but no response.
A very courteous email explaining my email had been missed due to landing in a junk folder.
Since then I have recieved a response, and have exchanged for the next size up, extremely pleased
