Photos on site and during ordering are not what you will get. Total scam. These people should be shut down. Best description is cheap resin with painted color highlights.

Like everyone else, this is a total scam. Do not buy from this site. I wish the shop app would not allow them to use their service and take more responsibility like paypal

This is a complete scam. I received cheap plastic and metal garbage instead of actual ceramic/mineral mugs. I'm beyond pissed off.

Avoid this company, they are scammers. They will send you the wrong item and expect you to pay for the return to China for a refund. How long do you think that would take, if ever? Emails of complaints repeatedly sent to them over several weeks to resolve this issue is only met with scripted emails from them. It took a threat of legal action just to get a 20% refund, and that took three months.

Threw mine away as soon as I opened them. Very disappointed.

I would give zero stars if I could. The product that looks nothing like the website description and there is no option for reviews on their website. Which leads me to believe they are fabricated. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered, I did not receive a response for days at a time, each response is automated and says the same exact thing and they want me to pay for a return label in order to get a refund but I have to ship to China which will likely cost me the amount of the products purchased.

Hi! I have received shipment. Despite the fact that I requested cancelation of this order right away, I’m in shock with this goods at all!!! They are not even made from ceramic!!! They are made from the chip and stinky plastic with metal inside!!! I just opened package, smelled the stink and got an asthma attack!!! They absolutely cannot be used as material is dangerous for a health. I insist to return it!!! I have contacted the seller requesting free return. I do not have answer yet. I placed claims with PayPal but I didn't achieve anything! I didn't get my money back! This site MUST be closed and investigate as a fraud!!!

I'd give it a zero if that were an option. The crap sent to you is plastic crap decorated by a toddler. It has NOTHING to do with minerals, and looks awful. They won't allow you to put a low score on their reviews and trying to get them to give you your money back is virtually impossible. They even have a fake trust pilot review on their advertising stating they have a 4.8.

First of all; how can Trustpilot give this scam item 2.1 stars?? All the reviews are 1 star, wishing they could leave NEGATIVE stars! I just want to alert people to this SCAM, do not order these mugs, like everyone has been saying, you receive junk, something that doesn't even look like the picture!! I had to have my bank do a chargeback because Mineral Mug wouldn't respond. I wouldn't be surprised if these mugs are even safe, product wise! PLEASE SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN!!

The advertising was so successful I finally gave and bought 6 mugs for Christmas. They did not arrive until late January. Not only that but they were ugly, poorly colored plastic. I really loved the appearance of the glowing steamy cups of "crystal rock" mugs in the ad. I hesitated initially because on some level I new they weren't going to be amethyst or agate. But I thought even if they were just really well done imitations they would still be worth the $19.99 each. But these were flat, dull ugly tiny cups made from some kind of plastic, obviously unsafe to drink out of because they came with metal cup inserts. I was flabbergasted that someone had the gall to send these unrecognizable pieces of garbage. Now I see they are claiming high reviews here on TrustPilot on their advertisement on youtube. I checked here and was relieved to see low stars. In fact if I could give them a negative star I would. These are the black hole of cosmic trash. PayPal gave me my 108.00 back. I am stuck with these cups, I can't get a mailing slip to return them and I refuse to pay the bill to send them back to China. It is the garbage bin for them, although i worry about plastic and toxins in landfill.

Total SCAM. Do Not Waste Your Money. This "MineralMug.com" needs to be shut down for outright fraud. Ordered 3 of these for planned gifts, based upon the beautiful pictures and the 30 day return policy. After a prolonged delivery, which ended up being from China (not stated on website), the product is a total joke: plastic (not mineral), very cheap, 3 inches tall (i.e. miniature for a small child), and with a metal insert that simply falls out. Unbelievably cheap and deceitful in every way. Immediately upon receiving these pieces of garbage, I initiated a return request. Another absolute joke: after nearly 2 weeks and repeated attempts, including pictures, etc. no refund has been forthcoming. This is a TOTAL SCAM. Take your business elsewhere.
***Please also note: They use many different business advertising sites for the same product, which then all goes through the "mineral mug.com". It is one Chinese business, using many different fronts to sell these cheap plastic "Mineral Mugs". Buyer beware: A Total Scam!

This is a zero-rated Chinese scam site. Lies on website, no response from customer service (generic response email says they will respond within 1-3 days, lies), even after several emails requesting cancelation of order beginning day of order, it was shipped, from China, a week later. The website says "ceramic", these are plastic, spray-painted cups with a cheap metal insert that falls out. The website images are AI generated.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You will get a dollar store mug. It is made of a white resin and is spray painted which looks noticeably like what they are advertising. Do not send as a gift because the recipient will think you bought them a cheap mug. The bottom of the cup is white with over spray from the sprayed paint. Also, the cup is small and it also comes with a metal insert that is probably made of something that isn’t safe to drink from. Just don’t do it!!

I was forced to give it one star. It's a scam and if it's on sale they don't take it back...blah, blah, blah. Gorgeous pictures but it's cheap, stinky China, painted, plastic and holds almost 8 ounces in the cheap, sharp, tin insert. So glad they messed up and shipped it to me instead of the person I was buying it for. And really glad I never told the person I was sending them anything!

SCAM!!! Do NOT BUY!!! The cups are rubber they’re not even mineral! Fake pictures fake company and they do not get back to you! I’ll make sure to be posted about them all over my Instagram and Facebook!

Scam 3D printed hogwash. Fake took forever and weren't made of crystal
