I finally cracked my sleep problem - here's how.

I found Mindspace when I was struggling to switch off at night. I'd be in bed by 10pm but still wide awake at midnight, sometimes 1am, my mind just wouldn't settle.

I started using the 6Hz frequency to help me prepare for sleep, and I noticed a difference straight away. The very first morning, I woke up feeling properly restored, recharged, and alert from the start of the day, not groggy like I usually am..

I've been using it every night, and the more consistent I am, the faster I fall asleep. My sleep has became more consistent through the night too, and the benefits I feel the next morning just kept getting better.

It's the cumulative effect that's made the real difference, night after night of good sleep, listening to the binaural beats at that frequency, quietly at bedtime, has genuinely improved my life in such a short period of time. Why do more people not know about this... I was recommended Mindspace by a friend, and now I recommend it to all of mine to friends and clients of mine.

I was drawn to Mindspace not just for…

I was drawn to Mindspace not just for its calming melodies, but because of the care and expertise woven into every layer — the binaural beats, the healing frequencies, the way each track is built to do something specific. That intention is felt.
I started listening to help with sleep and to decompress at the end of the day. Now I use it for meditation too. I love to light incense and let the music fill the room — I find my thoughts becoming calmer and more peaceful. It helps me release the heaviness of the day.

What I love most is being able to choose a track that resonates with exactly what I need in that moment. The science behind it is fascinating, and it's opened my eyes to just how beneficial sound healing can be.

I started using Mindspace Platinum…

I started using Mindspace Platinum because I was struggling with waking too early and not feeling fully rested.

I listened to one of the binaural sleep sessions for about an hour before bed through my hearing aids and then removed them before going to sleep.

Normally I wake before my alarm, but this morning I actually overslept. The biggest surprise was how refreshed and energised I felt when I woke up. After just one night, the improvement in my sleep was genuinely noticeable.
