I was locked out of my account for no reason after shelling over 170 dollars for a three month membership.

It's really overpriced! I was matched with several members without any messages from them which I find extremely strange. I think the site "creates" profiles to interact, using AI.

DON'T waste your money signing up.

I actually really like the site but recently had an issue with messaging and now I cannot contact the person I was chatting to. I've tried getting in contact with you several times but no reply :(

I have been a customer of MM on a good number of occasions, and have met several great people. I recently attempted to sign up again, and have met with nothing but recurring requests for documented verification because of "unusual activity on your account." I've never received the slightest explanation of "unusual activity." After both sending a "selfie video," as requested, as well as a scan of my driver's license, I have never gotten a response. So I will say to new customers- every poor review I've read reflects what I've encountered over the last three weeks. Provide your money at your own risk.

In my opinion this is a good game but it has a a lot off bugs and should be fixed so that is one thing you should work on. it is lagging very much and should be upgraded for mobile users

0 STARS - None of the women responded back. In the chat room, a lot of men were complaining about just this. The women were complaining that all there are is a bunch of loser men on the site.

Really disappointed ☹️ paid about 240 euro for three months membership and it looks no one there is really into dating since no one communicate there. It looks like a scam. Not useful at all and I lost money and time. So for your customer service 👎

this site is a load of rubbish, I was banned without any explanation.
my email address had been hacked and so the hacker had certainly used my profile, I explained this several times to the admins of millionaire match but they refused to reactivate my account even though I had been registered for several years. and it was impossible to create a new one because they deleted it straight away. I don't recommend this site.

Discriminating website, they blocked my first mail as I can’t create with it, I did another mail and still refuse it without expressing the reason. Customer service is NULL

They will track you somhow if your account got suspsended even only once and don't tell you why. I tried different devices and stillt they track you. It is very scary and even new accounts get suspended even after showing them sensitive information like giving them a pciture of you with an ID. I am not sure what their deal is but they really are trash. Also don't comment here with your generic comments to reach out to you. I DID AND YOU DID NOTHING. Just the average cooperate trash talk to keep you down but never say anything to prevent any lawsuits. If you keep going they will come anyway, I am sure of it.

I received one real call and many many hits from Trolls and Scammers. Don't waste your time or $.

I used to be on MM 15 years ago in the early 2000’s when I was 18. I remember it as vibrant exciting lots of people to talk to. They had a messenger that would pop up and you could see everyone who was online. It was a cute site.

Firstly the site is now extremely sensitive so much that your account is suspended for no reason. When you contact the team puts you back on. And then it’s suspended for a photo or you’re in a new location like a coffee shop trying to login and boom they take you down again. Had to keep contacting support to put me back on. Tiresome process. There’s such a thing as security being too tight that you lose potential real members.

After I was finally on I paid the expensive $70 membership (I remember it was $20 back then lol!). After a while I was shocked and disappointed how much the site has fallen.

I’m a very pretty woman still look in my 20’s. And talking with and meeting guys on other dating sites so I’m not the issue. But men on mm are extremely stuck up and silent. They give you a wink back but don’t reply to your message or look at your profile don’t say anything. Read your message don’t answer. Or answer you once cordially then don’t follow up to your reply. And yet they’re always online.

15 years ago I had many after me on there and met a few in person. Now I can’t meet anyone as a conversation can’t even begin! The site is totally boring!

Their attention is obviously on something they think is better. It just felt like I was being kept on the back burner by those who did answer. Personally I think these guys are caught up in the profiles with model looking fake body women that are obviously fake scammers. My nice looks simply can’t compete with the drop dead gorgeous so they lose out on the actual real women who aren’t as beautiful while the scammers are stringing them along haha.

The only ones who messaged me first were very unattractive and looked like they still lived in their parents basement. Sorry to offend but that is not for me.

Then I encountered a scammer. Perfect profile with the perfect pics he had me going for a bit but I saw through him. So much for the tight security, scammers still fell through the crack.

A waste of $70 but now I know I’m not missing anything. I’m done with MM and definitely won’t be back. It’s a really weird dating place now; I get much more activity on the free ones. Like most things it was way better way back then. Goodbye Millionaire Match!

Terrible site with a bunch of not a real people, you just have to pay a very expensive membership and you are good to go, bunch of bitcoin sellers, prostitutes and old poor guys with a fake age!!!

So yesterday 29 July 2022 I registered on the site as a Premium member and paid £62.99 which is the monthly fee.

1. It will not let me log in to change anything after I got premium membership. It has forgotten my password and won't let me change anything. I note someone else has complained about this here. I also reported it to them but no response on that

2. They denied me access to support service as in it was removed from my account till I complained then they restored it

3. They denied me access to online support and each time I tried it told me not available

4. They blocked me from contacting anyone and

5. Next they cancelled my subscription just because I complained about their poor customer service.

6. After they cancelled my premium membership I tried to re-register but it won't take me to the page. It just blocked me and prevented me from making payment till I complained then they rectified it after I said I will leave a review. Below is why I finally came to write this review

7. Yesterday a few people sent likes including Millionaires verified. This afternoon I saw 3 more verified Millionaires had sent likes but I was busy. Just Now this afternoon 30 July 2022 just one day after I paid for premium membership, they DELETED ALL the likes for the Millionaires and left me with a few likes including underaged boys.

8. I told them my account has been hacked and I suspect it's my narcissist ex who is white and who does not want me to meet someone else that's likely behind it. They did nothing about it because again all the likes I got from Verified millionaires has been removed

9. Now as I type this I don't have access to the people who visited my page. From there I can see who liked me . They deleted the likes and blocked me from seeing the contacts

Why would they delete likes or verified millionaires. A couple of them 1st asked for access to my private pictures folder before sending their likes but customer services who already verified me in 3 out of 4 verifications deleted likes I got. That is after cancelling my subscription for no good reason.

If it's not because I am black can Customer service explain why they deleted likes of all the millionaires I got.

I will post an email where they asked if they cancel my subscription to premium and I told them not to yet they did because I am a black woman who is not a millionaire but getting likes from white Millionaires????

This is a sham, discriminating date site. Customer service considers anybody with less than 200k a sugar daddy or baby, and suspends their account. I've been suspended twice, after they claimed I was reported as a sugar daddy. Even though there's no proof on my profile. And I didn't send any messages yet. All they had was me admitting I'm on social security. So, this is a rich discriminating date site with lying customer service workers.
