Millers replied quickly to my request for a quote for re-tiling my ridge roof and lay two new flat roofs on my dorma bungalow. The job was finished within two weeks of my initial request for a quote. The builders were very friendly and made a good job cleaning up all the rubbish.

Badly Let down with Guarantee
Badly Let down with Guarantee
The aftercare service we received from Miller Roofing
has been non-existent The 15 year Guarantee is fiction and our numerous pleas (e-mails/phone calls) for John to complete an otherwise good job have been met with complete silence and avoidance. Requests for snagging to 3 leaking gutter joints and a couple of misplaced slates have been ignored. Very Sad. I’d have finished the job myself if I had been a bit younger.
If you proudly display a 15 yr Guarantee for snagging then snagging should be done.

Did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it!
A very professional service with clear communication. They responded quickly to questions and kept us informed throughout.
The house has had a massive facelift, and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you for making this as easy as possible for us.
