A Total disgrace
My daughter has a pressure mattress and so far this week I’ve received two mattresses and a visit from a technician trying to rectify the problem.
When the mattresses have been replaced the technician is to quick to leave to make sure everything is ok.I had the bed replaced and not this technician but another man left grease on my carpet and on my curtains I had a suction machine replaced that didn’t work.I’ve made complaints in the past but there have never been addressed.This current issue I have contacted Millbrook complaints but it goes on to voicemail
