I’d grade this casino a D-. . The customer service is horrible and rude and leave you waiting in between questions that you would like addressed for quite a long time. It is nice that you can deposit smaller Amounts of crypto, and that you do get pretty decent comp Points for your deposit. I have not had much luck at this platform. Have yet to cash in the ticket but I have deposited plenty of money they do offer smaller promotions for depositing players no deposit But it’s really nothing to write home about and I have yet to win much more than $2.00 to $3.00 on the no deposit free spins that you do not receive but maybe every other month. Did you have a little cash out amount I believe it’s $20 or $40 which is nice. Overall I wasted a lot of money at this casino and platform. Your customer service is horrible and really needs some major improvement. In the area very stingy with their bonuses and the amount of game time you get with your deposit. But that being said, I’ll probably still visit this platform from time to time.

The casino is the best

Easy registration and verification. A lot of games and fast withdrawals. Nice bonuses

Don't play in the casino, I lost 330 euros on book of the fallen, not a single win.

The casino is not cooperative.

I applied for a reclaim of my stakes, it was not answer.

Before I registered with the casino, I demonstrably wrote to the Curacao Gaming Control Board in Curacao at the beginning of January to block me from all casino websites that are under Curaçao gaming control board

Nevertheless, I was able to register in this casino

This is fraud, stay away from the casino

I asked the casino to refund my stakes, but the casino refused.

Secondly, I have informed the casino with my reclaim of my gaming stakes application that I have had the medically confirmed diagnosis, pathological gambling addiction, diagnosis F 63.0 for years. I even sent the casino the proof.

Legal action will be taken.I will call in the casino lawyer from Curacao Roelof Birjk.

The game manufacturer Playson will also be contacted to check whether the game book of the fallen is licensed in the casino, as there was not a single win with a deposit of 330 euros, which is totally unusual

I have played online casino’s before but this one stood out with the great customer service, I was having deposit issues and these guys were on point and fast! Very professional. The have a great selection of games as well. I definitely recommend.

I love this online casino its one of my favorite. I have won big and small and there are always bonus spins on telegram.
