Lets try change the narrative
I am writing to raise a concern about my recent visit to your venue.
While the food quality and most of the staff met expectations, my interaction with the bartender was unacceptable. I asked for water and was met with a look of disgust and was treated in a disrespectful manner. The experience was embarrassing and fell well below the standard of service expected from an establishment of your level.
Regardless of any prior circumstances, customers should be treated with basic courtesy at all times. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression and detracted from what would have otherwise been a positive experience.
I trust you will address this matter appropriately, as this kind of behaviour reflects poorly on the venue as a whole.
