Besvarelse fra Milk & Honey Brand
Hi Niva, We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at hello@milkandhoneybrand.com if your order was damaged.
Took my money, no sign of any product, no response to my emails
It’s been over 10 working days and no sign of my blanket, or any notification that it’s shipped. My email asking for an update has gone unanswered too. I’m at a point where I’m probably going to have to resort to getting the money back from my bank.
Update- the blanket did eventually ship and is lovely. I never did get a response to my email.

I bought a beautiful blanket
I bought a beautiful, luxurious baby blanket that was just as beautiful as described. Soft, thick and just gorgeous. It was packed fantastically and I loved the little personalised note that came with the purchase.
Will definitely buy more things from this lovely independent company.

I’ve been pretending that I don’t understand their language in the shop I visited but the staff members described my vehicle and me. 3 days later the letter with the penalty came
