I started work with Milk education a few weeks ago.
The individual (Danielle Armstrong) who gave me work has been more than helpful ensuring that I put my timesheets in on time and has guided me through the whole process.
She is always available for any questions I have and checks that I am happy in the roles I have undertaken.
She's very pleasant and doesn't fail in doing her job well.
I have no complaints about the company and hope to gain more work from them.

I have recently registered with Milk education and I have worked closely with Hayley who focuses on the Wigan area. I have been looking for part time work around the Wigan area which is flexible and Hayley has supported me through the process of achieving this. The signing up process was simple and straightforward, especially with the help of Hayley. The phone call and teams meeting with Hayley made me feel at ease and she was very welcoming and easy to talk to. There is lots of advice and support at Milk Education and I am excited to start my journey with them.

As I have only just recently completed my PGCE, I was nervous to join up with an agency and to begin my career. Steph was so welcoming and supportive throughout the whole registration process and made me feel at ease and confident in my practice. I was delighted at the quick turn around as I was able to work as soon as all the correct documentation had come through. I then had a chat with Ryan who would be allocating schools to me. He is always calm and cheerful which makes me feel more confident going into a days work. Ryan checked in with me at the end of the day which I really appreciated as it shows he cared about how my experience was. Overall, I am very happy to be with Milk Education and feel supported and excited for what the future holds.

I spoke to a woman named libbie and she was amazing she was very friendly and helpful if I needed to ask any questions. If I needed help on something she would explain it and help me to do it. Couldn’t ask for a better person to interview me. The milk education is amazing.

Being new to applying for work through an agency, I was concerned that this would prove daunting, but I was so fortunate to be in the capable hands of a 'Talent Executive' who had such a positive and encouraging attitude that I felt reassured and more relaxed throughout the application process. This enabled me to have a more confident interview and feel that I was providing a good account of my abilities. An excellent representative of the company.

Have only just come across milk education last couple days , I got contacted by lucie who works for milk education by phone call, we had a chat about what the company is about and what they do for people that need jobs, then u arrange a face to face meeting and you explain what your experience is job wise and what your looking for when it comes to work,the application is also very easy to do, this company is very good

I got an interview through milk academy. Luke was great he really helped was there whenever I needed him. He helped me when I needed with the application form answering any questions I had. Really appreciate it.

I have been working with Milk Education since September 2024. The registration process was pretty quick and easy. My senior primary executive Emma Dring has been great as she managed to secure me three days of work each week for half a term which has now been extended in a school that I enjoy working for. If there have been any issues, she has dealt with them quickly and efficiently. Emma has clearly understood my needs as she has found me a school that suits my needs and expectations. I highly recommend Milk Education to other Supply Teachers.

Awful awful company. Completely ruined my finances this year.
I got a role as a TA for SEND students. I asked if I needed training. They said I didn't, which I definitely DID. Was completely over my head and was attacked by two students while no staff helped. I asked if I could get a new role with primary students and have more training. I waited patiently while getting cover roles. However, this was still sparse and I was struggling financially. They promised me a full time role after half term so I got a job as a waitress to keep my head afloat. I waited and when half term was finished they would call me every monday for nearly a month letting me know that the role wasn't going ahead that week BUT for me to keep waiting....

I can't even put into words how stressful this was as the waitress role was only temporary. Not to mention the woman at MILK ED was SO infuriating to talk to when I was obviously stressed.

Anyway I got another job and they dragged on getting me a reference for MONTHS. I nearly lost the next job and I just couldn't believe how unorganised and unbothered they were. My new manager ended up calling them for an over the phone reference....

I suffered financially and emotionally during this time. It makes me very confused when I see good reviews as I had such a bad experience. I was also very excited to start this kind of job.

I applied for milk education as I saw it on indeed. I am only available 4 days a week and the supervisor I was given Niamh has tried her best to meet my needs and has helped me at each stage of the process. Whenever I have needed help and guidance she has always been there to contact straight away and she would give you that help and advice that has always been valuable. The process has been straightforward and quick and I can't wait to start my job. Thank you Niamh for all your help!

I've been working with Milk Education from the beginning of school year 2024, the registration process was very easy, and Hayley who works for Wigan area is amazing, finding me job very quickly and at the school that l wanted. She is always helpful, explaining everything and she gives the best advices and alternatives in any issue. Thank you Hayley for everything.
