Did Not Benefit Me
When searching for fares, I went with your company despite seeing the same fares advertised otherwise. However, days later, I get a call saying the fares are more now, and I was pretty much stuck. Had I booked directly initially, I would have benefitted from the lower fares. So, there was no real discount, and I ended up paying more. I’m sure you’re a good company that is working hard for military personnel, but I did not receive any convenience using this service…unfortunately, it was the opposite experience. In the end, I do have tickets confirmed - to which I am grateful, and I look forward to my trip. I just don’t know that I will feel likely to use this service again or recommend it based on this experience.

Price and availability of flights i could not find on airline or other third party sites. Website interface could be better. Glitches are common and when picking flights and then booking, flights, flights frequently show unavailable.
