The implant failed; they almost destroyed the inside of my lip to cover it up. The dentures a terrible-looking wound on my palate. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone; don't become a victim like me..
Yes, the implants had taken hold, the problem was that the top part of one of them wasn't closing completely, which was causing constant infection. When I came back after 3 months, you saw it and decided to remove the implant and place it deeper, perhaps thinking it would close better, but within a week, stitches were needed in the same spot 1 or 4 times to close it, and each time it opened and tore, and my palate almost completely shut down. That's why I wanted the implant removed, yes, because I wanted to use my palate more comfortably, and now I'm much better, thank God. Thank you for everything…

I am the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialist who performed your surgical procedure.
As was explained to you in detail before the treatment began, you already had implants in your upper jaw that had been placed at another clinic. You were informed that, due to the angulation and prosthetic positions of those existing implants, there could be certain limitations in the prosthetic treatment of your upper jaw.
Regarding your lower jaw, the implants placed at our clinic successfully integrated with the bone, and your prosthetic restorations were completed accordingly. Therefore, there is no case of implant failure or surgical failure related to the implants placed by our clinic.
Concerning your complaint related to the gum tissue, it was explained to you several times that this was a condition that could be monitored during the healing process and was expected to improve over time. Nevertheless, you repeatedly requested the removal of an implant that had already successfully integrated with the bone. Upon your request, the implant was removed and a new implant was placed.
The use of sutures after oral surgery is a standard and necessary procedure in oral and maxillofacial surgery to support proper healing. Therefore, I would like to state that the wording used in your comment does not accurately reflect the full treatment process or the medical rationale behind the procedures performed.
All of your procedures were carried out in accordance with clinical evaluation, proper patient information, and medical indications.
I was told in my country that I didn't have enough bone for implants, which was very disappointing. After contacting Milim Dental they explained that a zygomatic implant could be a solution for my case. The doctors were very experienced and explained the entire procedure clearly. The treatment went smoother than I expected and the final result is fantastic.
I had a very comfortable filling operation with Dt Mr.Muhammet , i already booked my next sessions. I can honestly say that it was painless. Thank you !

I had root canal surgery at millim in September they were very attentive and wouldn’t let me pay until I was 100% happy with the surgery. I had treatment at another Turkish clinic September 2024. They wouldn’t start my treatment until I paid them in full. I would 100% recommend millim.

I’d highly recommend Direnc, Ismail, and the team. My wife and I have both been treated at Milim Dental and we’re delighted with the professionalism, attention to detail and care. The whole team speak good English and are clearly used to treating foreign patients, which makes everything much easier. We’ve had several fillings and root canals done and they’ve all been comfortable and problem-free. We really feel that we’ve found “our dentists” here. I had a keratocyst on my upper jaw. Dr. Direnc Ulasan was used a piezo special tool to remove it without loosing any of my teeth which was amazing based on my dentist back in Texas. He did a great job. I truly appreciate his work.
