Matt first of all helped us two years ago with our mortgage for our first home, he was nothing but professional and informative. He is now helping us remortgage and has even managed to get our monthly payment down more than previously thought, as he checks the current interest rates regularly to make sure he gets you the best deal he can.

Matt is an asset to the company and his customer service is impeccable, will always make time to speak to you even if it’s last minute, can’t fault the service provided.

Kevin is just a legend! He has been the only person showing us support through our whole ordeal selling and buying a house.
My husband was made redundant twice during the process and Kevin was always very helpful giving us all the options we had and speaking to the lenders to see what it could be done for the new mortgage. He has always been very clear, precise and made sure we understand what is going on. He will always want you to be in a good position after all and he really cares about his customers. I was looking to uy my first house and my girlfriends family recommended Kevin Mitchell. After the initial contact, Kevin was quick to get me set up in the system and do all the checks. Kevin was very helpful in explaining the process, especially as this was my first house purchase, and he ultimately got my mortgage in principal turned around very quickly. Once I had confirmed offer, he was also very prompt in every interaction and honestly felt like he had my house purchase as his top priority (truth be told, he did!). Kevin was also very attentive throughout my purchase process, with drop calls to see how things were going, and he also provided advice when things weren't going so well. Overall, I would highly recommend Kevin, as he was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Can understand why people were recommending Kevin, and now say I'm also someone who would to!
