Great experience again. Ellie has endless patience and was more than helpful in planning our trip to the USA as again we had lots of questions and changes for her to deal with!

Having used Miles Morgan for many years it nice to be treated as a person and that you are the only one that matters, Yesterday was the same as it was a telephone call Sus made sure that everything was as we wanted it.

Sue went above and beyond to help me absolutely brilliant ,nothing too much trouble.

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable, makes the process of booking a cruise holiday easy.

Great service. Very easy to talk to. Helped us to decide which cruise to take when we didn’t t have a clue.

Plenty of time and patience no rush all details clear before booking. Very helpful the staff are all lovely and caring.

We were three ladies on a Sunday morning. We had a bit of a wait, but that’s always to be expected as it’s quite a complicated transaction, when you are starting from scratch. We were made very welcome with a nice cup of coffee. As we were travelling together, we were booking separately, so with all the details needed, it’s a long job. It was the connecting to P and O that took time. I’ve got to say they are one of the worst sites to deal with.we got there in the end will be looking forward to our fly cruise, on Azura. The young lady who we dealt with, Alyssa Ashton was lovely and very patient. Thank you for a nice experience.

Rachel the store manager also looks after us and her staff are amazing as well been using them of a number of year always book my holidays through them I don't go anywhere else.

Like: Friendliness of staff

Dislike: Staff unsure of how to process gift cards. Maybe a bit of training or a flowchart needed.

Amazed how quickly your response was to my enquiry very informative about details of the cruise holiday and the ship,on that information and also a very polite phone call with your rep named John I booked myself a cruise holiday - John Sweet

Have been booking SA trip for a few years through Miles Morgan. Always find any member of staff most helpful polite and caring.
The foiiowup and any extras are also dealt with and nothing is too much bother

The staff at Miles Morgan in Yeovil Somerset are brilliant. Victoria who has been an absolute star putting our last holiday to Africa and our next trip to Vietnam and Cambodia has gone above and beyond to tailor our trips.

Sue Dunbar always gives excellent service. She is very knowledgeable and is always happy to talk through different options and gives very useful advice.
