Very friendly staff. Helpful in advising location, accommodation, weather and terrain. Experience valued when choosing the resort for my holiday. No pressure to purchase a holiday.

a joy to see them.
I have been with them now nearly 10 years,
I am on my own and feel very safe when dealing with
them.

The staff at the Ross on Wye branch are very helpful

Nina was very helpful and made everything easy for me as this was my first booking on my own.

We are new to cruising and wanted some guidance. Nina and Rachel were fantastic in every aspect of planning our holiday and that gave me the confidence to go away and enjoy our holiday !

Nina at Miles Morgan was recommended to me by a friend. The whole experience was amazing as Nina went above and beyond to secure me a place on a much sort after cruise within my budget. It must have been a very busy day but Nina was cheerful throughout and made sure everything was sorted. I would highly recommend MilesMorgan based on this experience.

Helpful and informative agent who understood our requirements.Shelly made sure the booking process was seamless.

As always the staff are helpful and knowledgable, which is why we keep going back

I had a query about a holiday I was planning in the future. I was shown alternatives and actually booked a holiday much more suitable for me.
The staff were patient and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Friendly and efficient staff. Helpful advice given before booking.

I didn't make the actual booking. My friend made a group booking for 8 of us. I believe the booking process was straightforward and Jen was excellent in explaining everything. I've been in to ask a few questions and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
