Good, knowledgeable, service from Claire in Nailsworth. As usual.

They were very patient. Found what we wanted and then found out the information we wanted to know when we decided where we were going.

We are 4 ladies, & booked a Scottish & Indian holiday with her. We booked an Indian holiday with Titan through Emma last year & had a wonderful time, with no problems.

All the staff at the Nailsworth branch are superb - knowledgeable, approachable and efficient. Claire really helped with planning our trip to Australia and answered all our questions, offered advice and provided her personal opinion from first-hand experience too, which we appreciated. After booking, she continued to provide information, always so cheerfully and quickly.
What really helps is that Claire, Hayley and Emma know what we like and remember our previous bookings.

Hayley did a fantastic job for us and got us exactly what we wanted for our 30th Wedding Anniversary holiday. She was really excellent to be with whilst she very efficiently got on with sorting out our holiday and communicated everything that was going on throughout the call with Emerald. Couldn't be happier and we have complete confidence that when it comes to sorting out the other bits we need for the trip in 2026 (flights, hotel after the cruise and possible stopover on the way back) it will be handled professionally and be right for us.
