This is our 2nd holiday booked through Miles Morgan, after the service we received on the initial holiday was 1st class we went back to book a future holiday.
Alvita from Miles Morgan was yet again extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t have any hesitation in recommending Miles Morgan for booking your holiday, nothing is too much trouble from the initial help with hotels to taking out a pre-paid holiday card.
Excellent customer care from the initial enquiry visit to booking your holiday and getting the taxi to your travel journey.

Sat and listened to what i wanted from a holiday. Had the answers at hand, if they didnt know they rang the company to find out. One to one contact. They had great knowledge of south africa which was a country i wanted to find out more about, if i was happy i would book up, which i did.

impressed with the level of service
Very impressed with the level of service that we had from Alvita.
We’d identified the cruise that we wanted but Alvita was very good in sorting out the dates we wanted, cabin numbers and transport!
Unusually these days, she always called back when she said she would and made the booking process very easy for us!

Matter of choice
I Have not used a travel agent for a long time its a
better experience than booking on line and less
stressful you can get all the information you need
and they set every thing up so you do not have to.

Excellent company to deal with.
I've used Miles Morgan several times now for our cruise bookings from Liverpool & they have been excellent every time with knowledgeable staff who make the process seem less & easy. Highly recommended & will use again in future.
