Miles Morgan Travel - Bath Anmeldelser

My travel consultant was Suzanne Carter, who is obviously very experienced. Went thoroughly through my options for flight dates and hotel costs. Like the fact you get a cup of coffee when this was going on.

Always very professional and helpful whenever I book a holiday.

Debbie spent a long time with us, going into a lot of detail describing what cruises were still available which was most helpful.

Brilliant and very helpful

Everything was explained perfectly and was very pleased with the outcome

Called in to book our next holiday......Our Travel Consultant Ella- Louise was as friendly and efficient as she always is....a pleasure to do business with her!

I wasn't expecting a phone call back on a Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend, but I did.
Great service from Colin, thank you, and got thd deal I wanted.
Happy days.

Marie was very helpful and helped us book a holiday. She was able to advise us on destinations which was good to take a 13 year old on a long haul.

We were greeted with a very friendly welcome by Mrs. Brenda Artier who handled.

She took time and finding us the cruise we wanted and explained everything clearly and professionally we would definitely go back again

Excellent friendly service. Looking forward to our holiday

Ruth took the time to understand the holiday we were interested in and has organised this for us. We’d much rather use a local travel agent - and when we had a slight problem a year ago with a ticket, the team at Miles Morgan did a great job of getting things sorted for us

Excellent customer service from two dedicated Miles Morgan team members Ruth and Debbie for their helpful and experienced advice to enable our selection of an optimum and exciting cruise booking.
Both advisers very ably steered us towards a cruise selection booking with the expectation of follow through in a customary client supporting and efficient manner.
We would not hesitate to continue to rely on Miles Morgan Travel Agents to provide such a valued personal service like this. Thank you.

Very helpful and personal with great attention to detail

Efficient , helpful and friendly service

Really helpful , not rushed and gave advise when asked and came away with a holiday travel book for a future holiday

Suzanne Carter at Bath MMT pulled out all the stops and patiently tried her utmost to find a holiday that suited me - and she did.

The staff are always very welcoming and keen to help with anything from travel insurance to booking holidays. I will definitely be back.

My friend and I had gone into Mile Morgan with very little idea of where we wanted to go for New Year.To make things more complicated ,we wanted single rooms..Marie could not have been more patient with us trying to find us the best deal and the best place to go,With her help we decided on Bideford.
