I had a wonderful experience with Miles and Barr, particularly with their lovely estate agent Jed! I had never had to do a viewing by myself and was slightly apprehensive, but Jed instantly put me at ease. He was so friendly and I really enjoyed chatting with him. My partner and I even put an offer on the house! :) Couldn't recommend Miles and Barr enough - particularly Jed!

From the very start of selling the property, I've had no issues at all. The staff have been unbelievably helpful and have dealt with any issues that have came up in a professional manner. All the paperwork that needed to be signed, was fully explained so that you had confusion over what was happening.
I was extreamly pleased by the service provided Becky White who kept me fully informed of what was happening with the move and completion of my address. Altogether the whole process was compleatly seemless and would definitely recommend this branch.

Our experience with Miles and Barr was very good. At all points of our house buying experience, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. However, deserving of special mention is our Sales Progresser Debbie Mead. She was exceptional. If it wasn't for Debbie, and her knowledge, experience and communication skills we are not convinced that we would have reached the completion stage. She pulled all parts of our chain together and was tenacious in getting results when, all others appeared to be struggling to maintain the flow of information. All in all, Miles and Barr provided us with a first rate experience.

Rebecca Gravener at Miles & Barr has been outstanding from start to finish. She was always contactable, quick to reply, and consistently went out of her way to keep things moving between both solicitors.

My sale was difficult and at many times very stressful, but Rebecca’s calm reassurance made all the difference. She explained things clearly, kept me updated without me having to chase, and genuinely helped me feel supported throughout the whole process.

A brilliant service — I’m extremely grateful for everything she did.

The whole team, from Luke at offer stage to Denise who manages everything once the sale starts progressing have been amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough, it wasn’t an easy road with the sale of my property to purchase on with M&B but they took some of the stress out of it.

Louise Daly is the only reason I give 5 stars 🌟 she was amazing in keeping me updated every step of the way during the sales process, she liaised with my solicitor and buyers solicitors and my buyer which made the whole process much smoother as I didn't need to keep contacting my solicitor, shes like having your own wee PA shes brilliant

Friendly service, can always get hold of someone on the phone which is a rarity these days.
Definitely has the customer in mind, chases the conveyancers to get things done, and always good communications with regular updates.

I was very impressed and grateful for the effort put in to getting to exchange by Emily Stickler. Moving is incredibly stressful and it’s made easier having someone ‘on the ball’ and coordinating everything. I would go back to Miles and Barr again because of this.
