Miles and Barr (in particular Becky White) were very helpful during the sale and responded promptly with any questions i had. As i live overseas, it was important to have a local contact point that was able to help with a range of issues and concerns.

The whole team was fantastic at assisting us with our purchase. We initially dealt with Joe and Maddy at the start of the process who were very helpful and accommodating. Once the transaction had progressed we dealt mainly with Melissa, who I may add is a star! She kept us informed the whole way through. Updated us consistently, we never had to chase or query nothing and she was always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions we had. This was our first time dealing with Miles and Barr and certainly won’t be the last!

Selling a property is often a fraught experience. At the moment, there's a rise in gazundering and I had buyers who tried this with me. There's little estate agents can do about this, but Charlotte Silk who was my regular point of contact and arranged the initial agreement of sale, and Nadine Roberts who was my post-agreement contact really went out to bat for me. Charlotte excelled at negotiations and genuinely came across as interested in getting me the best price and protecting my interests (unlike experiences I've had with different agencies in the past). Nadine was brilliant at chasing up slow solicitors and making sure everything went ahead as smoothly as possible in the circumstances. She was responsible for making sure the date of completion didn't slip when it would have cost me both money and lost me an opportunity with a property purchase I was making abroad. I recommend Miles and Barr and give special thanks to the ladies who had my back.

This will be the 3rd time we have trusted Miles and Barr to sell our property over the years. Each time that have been so professional and helpful at every stage guiding us through the process of buying and selling . This time we started with our valuation with Alex Munn he is a great communicator straight speaking and able to explain how he had come to his valuation giving you a good insight on an achievable price rather than perhaps have to make several price adjustments. We also viewed several properties with a lovely young man Bobby. He is really a credit to the company. He is so patient letting us take our time to view without feeling time pressure and sharing his knowledge of the property and the local area. Back at the office Maddie is busy working behind the scene forwarding those important offers always finding time to chat giving you the best advise. As we said 3rd time we have used their services and would happily recommend to any one in fact we feel they get better each time we have used them if that is possible!
