1st time purchasing from Milania Studios and customer service was 5*! The item I order had sold out, i received a phone call from them, instead of a generic email, offering other options in stock. So friendly and when i mentioned it was for my daughter’s birthday they even added in free socks! Order was still dispatched next day delivery despite stock issue.
Ordered during the sales with next day delivery, took two weeks to come. No problem I understand you get busy. Received an email that my items were dispatched, later that day I had a phone call suggesting one of my items were out of stock and I was asked if I wanted to pick something else. Anything I chose was also out of stock, so I ended up with part of the order refunded. Also, why advise my items are dispatched if that was not the case?
Then I returned what arrived as it was not suitable. 10 working days later I was issued with an incorrect amount as ‘store credit’ (you don’t even get your cash back). Firstly I was issued £29, I queried this and was then given £29.25 - did they really think I was asking for 25p more? No, they refunded the amount wrong again. Upon questioning this they suggested that I had used a 10% code, to which checking my order I had not, I had in fact gotten free shipping - which should not be deducted from my return. Still awaiting a response regarding this.
Shoddy from the very beginning. Shame I’m stuck with ‘store credit’ from my return as I don’t want to shop here again. I will be in touch with my bank as under CR 2015 online (unseen) goods must offer cash refunds.
Avoid here if you don’t have much spare time to fight the poor customer service.
UPDATE - Milana have lied to my banking company suggesting that I have used the ‘credit’ that they provided in a shoddy attempt to refund me, so I should not be provided with a monetary refund from my bank. I have proof that this credit has not been used which has been provided to the bank. Very embarrassing that a company would lie, especially in a banking dispute.
If I could give 0 stars I would, I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering as they all explain my issue perfectly. I ordered over a month ago now and I am still waiting for confirmation of my return and my refund. I keep being told it will be fast tracked but still nothing.

Quality of clothes is lovely however delivery is very bad. Also no contact when trying to contact customer service or the instagram it is a shame as the clothes are nice but company needs to up its game.
After not arriving in time for my daughter's Birthday due to the Sale they couldn't dispatch in time only then to arrive and not have the correct item purchased. So raised a complaint only to be told I have to pay to send the item back. You would think a prepaid return label would be the least expected. They are now ignoring my mais regarding the issue. I would advise everyone not to use this sham of a company!
Haven’t received my parcel that I ordered in August, I’ve been sent review emails for something I haven’t received. No communication, from team, I’ve basically lost my money!! Would deffo not purchase anything again, don’t believe the instagram, they are an absolute joke!!!
Paid £184 for an outfit that never showed up , was feeling hopeful as DPD were investigating it and Ruby was feeding back. Although all communication has stopped now , emails being ignored , messaged on social media still nothing , absolutely disgusting 😡😡
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. Waited a couple of weeks on my order for it to arrive and receive the wrong order. I’ve contacted customer services in multiple platforms every day. I can’t get no reply. I am shocked at this brands customer service as a long term Tara follower I will NEVER purchase from this brand again. I need reply’s asap. I can’t send back as it’s the wrong order and it says no returns on sale items. The black top is extremely small fitting also and the quality is shocking, ASOS or ZARA would have better. I find it hilarious how I was sent a review rating for my item that they sent which was correct but left out the items they mixed up. Never buying again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. SCAM

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a top over a week ago and paid for 1-2 days delivery. Top still not dispatched and sent several emails, contacted on social media and still no response. Money has been taken and i’ve got nothing for it.

Shocking delivery! Paid for standard delivery 2 weeks ago and still no items delivered. I’ve messaged on the ‘contact us’ part of their website, messenger, the mobile number they sent the confirmation text from and left comments on their Facebook but I’ve had no response from any channel! I feel that not sticking to their end of the bargain, I.e shipping something you’ve paid for breeches the Consumer and Trading Act?! My advice….don’t buy from this company!
Took the money and……that was it. Got an order email and have heard nothing since. No product, no response to my emails. Do not use
Great quality clothes shipping was terrible. Selected next working day priority delivery and received my clothes 11 days later. Requested compensation for the delay due to having to order clothes elsewhere as they were for a hoilday and Milana order didn’t come in time and got no response with the email. Spent over £800 and didn’t even apologise for the delay or respond to email requesting compensation for my loss. Shame really

I have purchased several items from this company which I also paid for next day priority delivery. It has been a week now and no items have come and I have contacted the company several times with no reply. I haven’t even had a email with any explanation why my items are not being delivered or when they are. I wanted these items to go away with my family for my Birthday which now I have had to go a find other items for the family and my self to wear.
This company should not have the option available to have priority delivery available on there website as they can not fulfill orders on time.
I have read a lot of bad reviews from people having the same problem as me and also not receiving there items at all!!
My advice is to read all the reviews before ordering.
Ordered 2 jumpers a week ago, says items will be dispatched the same day, still awaiting dispatch. I have tried to contact several times via email/contact form/instagram but no reply. Wish i had read all the reviews before ordering! Terrible!
