Speaking not as an investor, but as the person who witnessed the entire ordeal from start to finish, I feel a responsibility to warn anyone considering involvement with this company.
My perspective is simple: no one should have to go through what my husband did.

The website he was provided — supposedly “ready to trade” — was rejected by Viva Wallet and other payment providers because the lab reports were formatted incorrectly. This is basic compliance, yet it was somehow presented to us as a finished product. Payment processors recognised the issue immediately. The company supplying it did not.

When I shared an honest review of my own experience, it was questioned — which, frankly, fits the pattern. Any information that contradicts their preferred narrative appears to be dismissed or reframed. My review, then and now, is simply my opinion.

To clarify something outrageous that was claimed: no illegal cigarettes were ever sold in the mall.
The only place they were found was a vape shop recommended by their team for B2B interaction. Attempting to shift the blame was irresponsible.

My husband’s mention of “£300 per day” was taken wildly out of context. It was simply said so the stock would be released — not as a guaranteed future income. Just like the claim that they ended the business relationship. They did not. He did.

Another absurd claim: that he “doubled his investment.” I lived through the consequences. He didn’t double it. He lost it. Completely. And he had to seek employment to recover. That fact is not open to interpretation.

The truth about pricing was equally unavoidable. Milagro’s RRP is dramatically higher than nearly every CBD competitor in the UK. Cutting prices wasn’t mismanagement — it was the only realistic option.

The “branding package” he received was embarrassing:
• Second-hand signage
• A cheap, unbranded blue-and-white tent
• A pop-up display so covered in glue it stuck to everything it touched
This was the level of presentation we were told to expect as “professional.”

Their accusation of “fake reviews” was baseless. Everything written — by me or my husband — reflected actual events. And the product itself, while fine, is not superior to the majority of CBD options available. Many match or exceed it.

The misrepresentation of earnings was one of the most shocking parts. I personally heard the voice note from the CEO claiming my husband would earn “£8,000–£10,000 per week” through wholesale and the kiosk. That statement was used to persuade him — and it was completely unrealistic.

The most serious issue, however, is this: the FSA has confirmed that Milagro gummies, honey, protein, and their CBD oils (2000mg, 1000mg, 500mg, 250mg) are illegal to sell in England.
Their own replies show they have known this since 2020.
My husband invested in 2024 — and yet they still sent him large quantities of these products. The implications of that speak for themselves.

And when my husband — after being encouraged to send more money — asked for the additional amount to be returned so he could revert to the original agreement, he was told that refunding it would be considered “money laundering.”
To say that response was disturbing would be an understatement.

Throughout the process, the communication he received was riddled with contradictions. We have the screenshots. Consistency, it seems, was optional.

But the moment that will stay with me longest is this: while we were clearing my late father’s home and grieving as a family, my husband mentioned — briefly — that I had received a small inheritance. That was the exact moment he was approached about “investing.”
The timing was not just inappropriate — it was unsettling on a level I struggle to put into words.

In my personal opinion: no investor or partner seeking professionalism, honesty, regulatory compliance, or basic ethical judgement should go anywhere near this situation.
What we experienced was the opposite — and I would not wish it on anyone.

If you are considering investing in, partnering with, or even casually engaging with this company, allow me to offer the most valuable advice you will ever receive for free: run.

Our experience was not simply disappointing — it was a masterclass in incompetence delivered with absolute confidence.

A fundamental requirement for any CBD business, yet somehow treated as an optional extra. Unsurprisingly, payment processors disagreed.

Then came the questioning of my wife’s review. Because when presented with facts, the instinct here appears to be: deny, deflect, invent motives, repeat. For clarity: her review reflects her own opinion. And no, this isn’t blackmail — it’s simply the truth laid out plainly, which seems to be a rare commodity.

Let me also remove any room for creative reinterpretation:
No one sells illegal cigarettes in the mall.
The mere suggestion of such an absurd allegation demonstrates either recklessness or desperation. And just to be clear, the illegal cigarettes in question were found in a vape shop recommended by their own team for a B2B connection. A brilliant endorsement.

The oft-quoted “£300 a day” was merely mentioned so stock would be sent — not a lifelong financial guarantee. But repeating inaccuracies seems to be an art form here, much like the false claim that they ended the business relationship. They did not. I did. Pretending otherwise does not magically rewrite reality.

Then there was the astonishing claim that I supposedly doubled my investment. In truth, I lost the entire investment and had to find employment to recover. To describe their version as “misleading” would be generous — it’s completely detached from fact.

As for pricing: Milagro’s RRP is dramatically higher than almost every other CBD company in the UK. Anyone with a passing familiarity with basic market research would realise this. Halving the prices wasn’t strategy — it was survival.

The equipment supplied was equally enlightening. “Professional branding” apparently translates to:
• Second-hand signage
• A budget blue-and-white market tent with zero branding
• A pop-up stand so drenched in glue it clung to anything within a metre

One might expect better from a supposedly established brand. One would be wrong.

And the accusation of fake reviews? Utter nonsense. Every review I posted was factual. My wife’s review was factual. I have never said the product was bad — because it isn’t. It’s fine. But it is absolutely not superior to the majority of CBD products on the market. Roughly 80% are comparable. Reality may be inconvenient, but it remains reality.

The claim of earning “£8,000–£10,000” is yet another piece of fiction. The mall kiosk was built entirely through my own initiative, and the company managing the site continues to hold me in high regard — even offering me employment at times. Quite the contrast.

The most concerning issue, however, is the pattern of contradictory messages. I have screenshots of responses that directly conflict with each other — often within days. One might expect a business of their alleged calibre to review its own previous statements before issuing the next contradictory one. Sadly, such diligence appears to be considered optional.

In short: if you want confusion, inflated claims, contradictory statements, overpriced stock, recycled equipment, and an astonishing absence of accountability — then this company is ideal.
If you value professionalism or transparency, avoid it entirely.

Interesting. That usually sounds like there’s more to hide than protect.

I signed up as a web master. I put in €10,000 and was promised €45,000 worth of stock only received €8000 worth of stock . When I tried to call my calls and text was just ignored.
Still very angry😡 and upset at myself for being to stupid to hand over money without properly looking into it in the first place.
Could you please check your records more thoroughly, as you will see that I signed up as a webmaster back in July 2025 this year

I bought a 5% bottle over 2 weeks ago to help with pain in my collarbone shoulders and down my arms and hands. I can cope during the day but I find night time worse. Started taking 4 drops morning and 4 drops night made no difference so thought maybe 8 drops at night might help. I get to sleep quite quickly but after about 4 hours pain is back. I am not sure where yo ho from here do I try for longer or do I try another make. Everyone of the reviews here say how wonderful it is but I have yet to get much relief.
I have just spoken to a very helpful gentleman called Justin at Milagro he has explained how to take the oil I purchased and when to take it and the amount to take and feels I should have been told to purchase the stronger oil as well. Aparently I should have been given this information when I purchased. I must compliment Milagro on their customer service he was excellent. Just waiting now to try the stronger oil.

I bought this product after trying several different CBD oils for my mother who has fibromyalgia, it has been life changing she went from sleeping 1/2 hours per night (non restorative sleep) to getting 7/8 hours of great quality sleep.
Usually she has days where she can’t get out of bed because the pain is so debilitating now her bad days are few & far between & also not as intense. I wish I had found this earlier.

I'm normally not one for writing reviews but felt I should share my experience of this Milagro protein product as I have had such good results from it. I can't recommend this Protein enough. Been sensitive to dairy I have tried various plant based protein powders over the years, but this by far exceeds results from any of them. Has fantastic nutritional content and is very easy on the digestive system which is a major plus. My recovery has been exceptional since adding this to my diet, and have been cutting bodyfat much quicker than normal.
