We really enjoyed working with our Mortgage Broker, Wayne Collier. Even with a tight deadline over the Christmas/New Year period and us living out of the area, he went out of his way to keep everything on track. He listened to what we wanted and resolved any questions or issues quickly. Wayne's clear communication and steady professionalism made the process feel straightforward. Communication is clear and always responded to. We asked Wayne to help us with refinancing as we were happy with the previous assistance when purchasing a property with two houses. This was a co-ownership so was not a straightforward application, Wayne's assistance was much appreciated.
