House purchase
I have used Mike Pero Mortgages in the past and have always found the services provided and advisors I have worked with excellent. Dane has been a pleasure to work with and he has increased my expectations of what Mike Pero can do ten fold. If you had a 10 star rating he would get that from me. Always ready to help, provided a calming, can do approach and helped me navigate through the process in a clear and very professional manner.

Dane made the mortgage process really easy for me
Dane made the mortgage process really easy for me, which wouldn't have been easy as I had quite a few things against me in being able to get a mortgage. Even my solicitor was impressed and ask for his name (although Rotorua solicitor). He gave me confidence that Mike Pero are supportive long term and it's a partnership rather than a one off service.

10/10 can recommend Ryan!
Ryan was such an amazing help throughout the process of buying our first house! He made everything feel like a breeze, and any silly question or concern he answered with ease.
Super knowledgeable in his work, and has such a great work ethic to help and get stuff done in a great timely manner.
We couldn’t thank Ryan enough from his help of finance, contacting the bank for us, getting our loan, helping us with our insurances and everything in between. Thank you so much again!

First time using a mortgage broker
Have never used a mortgage broker before but I wish I had! Ryan made getting a mortgage so much easier than I have found in the past. Within a few days of first contact with had a video meeting outside of normal business hours which was a lot more convenient for us. Got a great deal that we are very happy with.
